If you have time to make reservation, this is the right and reliable locksmith you can work with. Dominick (store salesperson/locksmith) and Nick (technician/locksmith) are very professional (Nancy working at headquarter is also very nice and professional). They have very reliable lock stocks or they can help purchase custom made locks. We used this company for all the locks/keys in our house. The downside of this company is: no 24 hours emergency service, but luckily we found one (24 hours) who can help us in short notice.

I called this place and I was told to come by the next morning. I did not have my keys to my sentrysafe box and needed to open it. This guy fixed the problem and opened it for me in about 10 minutes and really made my life a million times easier. The great things were his attitude and also extremely low cost of the work. It only cost me 30 CAD including the tip. This was what I call exceptional service. For the same thing I had quotes from 100 CAD and above. Thank you

Go here. They saved my entire life just today, when I was trying to install a new commercial deadbolt and failed to do so. It was the most excruciatingly difficult thing I have ever tried to do, and a thousand times I almost failed and could have cost me thousands of dollars. The man and owner helped me learn about the push levers well and did it pretty much at no cost since I was in an emergency. They really came through in the clutch and they saved my life. Don’t go anywhere else, these guys are the real deal by far and anybody else just don’t even consider. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I have had to get several keys for several different locks and I have not had a single issue, every key works. Very friendly staff, willing to answer my dumb questions and speedy in their process. Parking isn't fantastic since it is right off from Queen but I always get a spot on the side. I have been to a few other locksmiths but there would also be any issue. These guys however are great. I would definitely recommend.

I came to this store because i was recommended online that they would be able to cut double sided Canada post keys. BIG MISTAKE. i drove all the way from Toronto, a 45 min drive to get poor customer services ! VERY RUDE REP. HE SHOULD BE A SHAME OF HIMSELF . PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF ! IF THIS IS A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS, NOT EVERYONE IN YOUR FAMILY SHOULD BE EMPLOYED , AT LEAST MAKE SURE THEY HAVE SOME TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS. please don't waste your money here find any other company who is worthy of your services.

I sent an email last Wednesday inquiring about pricing and services. I followed up with a phone call to their head office two days later since I didn’t get a reply. I was told that all the technicians were out, but that they’d try to get back to me by Monday. It’s Monday and I figured I’d try calling the downtown location instead to see if I would have any better luck getting my questions answered. The man who answered the phone said he could answer my questions after I explained I was following up on an email I had sent. His explanation about swapping out just the cylinder for my existing lock was not very clear. My second question was about whether they could help me install my own smart lock (in addition to their high security lock) and he referred me to head office. But head office had told me last week they had to ask the technicians if they could do this, so in the end I didn’t end up getting a proper answer. I’m less frustrated with the unclear explanation since English didn’t sound like his first language; what irked me more was that he sounded very rushed as if he wanted to end the phone call ASAP. I want to give this company my business, but I think they really need to be more prompt with answering their emails, especially in this day and age and since it may not be convenient for some people to go either downtown or Brampton.

The worst service ever - my original contact was in late January - got an e-mail a few days later stating the costs which I verbally agreed to - and never heard from them again - 5 weeks to order 3 door locks ???? - don't think so - made contact with them a week ago to enquire, but got no response. I went in to get a sergeant key cut and was they did not carry that particular blank. I told the gentleman at the counter that the last place I had this key cut was at a Canadian Tire, and they use an automatic machine with approximately 10% of the range of blanks available. This gentleman than said, "go to Canadian Tire then". I always try to support small business, but sadly I have to advise anyone to save a wasteful trip a go where they themselves suggest.

More than a little flakey. They do carry lots of locks. Went in to order a replacement multi-point lock and was told that it would take 12 weeks but that perhaps I could purchase a replacement from the door manufacturer. I was told by Andrew that they would come out to check what i have to ensure that they ordered the right one. called 2 weeks later to check on that and no-one knew what i was talking about but that they would come out in about 2 or 3 weeks. called 3 weeks later and was told that no one had any record of my calls AND that they do not do multi-point locks.
