Facility Plus contractors are highly skillful, always courteous, professional and on time. They solve the problem every time, and I have used FP about 5x now. Today, I had a minor flooding issue involving my backup drain, sewage. Spencer, the plumber FP sent was fantastic and cleared the clog in under one hour and has recommended a solution to prevent future occurrences of tree roots getting into the drain pipe.
