Prompt, friendly service at a great price! I had 2 new blank Ducati keys that were quite expensive and with a long lead time to order more - I wanted someone I could trust to cut them, and this shop did a great job. I would not hesitate to send business their way.

Worst service. Last year, gentleman came and toured a condominium for overall changes to locks and security doors. Never called back, and never returned messages left as follow up. Latest was two weeks ago. Needed a new lock installed... letft message... no reply. I don’t know if it’s a real company or just a tax front. They don’t appear to really be in business.

Absolockly driver staring at his cellphone while driving his van fast on Dundas. It's illegal because it's dangerous. Can't comment on the quality of the locksmithing, but I hope he ditches this bad habit before he hurts someone.

Took 4 Schlage locks to be rekeyed. Total disaster. He was able to rekey one while scratching off the black finish. Rekeyed another by replacing it with a gold core on a black lock. The other two he took apart, lost the pins, plates, and other parts, and failed to rekey. Took over a month to not do this work instead of confessing that he couldn't do it and just returning the locks. Didn't charge me but it cost me $300 in locks that have to be rebought and then taken somewhere else. If you're just copying a key, this place is great. And it is full of movie memorabilia. The owner is very kind so it was hard to be mad at him.
