I needed to tow my vehicle to the shop the other day, so I called Nathan's and we scheduled it for the next day. 5 minutes before he was due to arrive, he called and let me know that his last tow was taking a bit longer and so he'd be 20 minutes late. Most drivers probably wouldn't call. Nathan did, and I appreciated the courtesy. When he arrived, he got straight to work and did the job for the price he quoted. He secured my vehicle well on his truck and dropped it off where it needed to go. His equipment was clean and in good working order. I recommend going with Nathan's. You won't be disappointed.

I was on my way to Ontario and lost control of my 2004 Volvo and was "parked" in the ditch full of snow. Nathan himself, on a Sunday, showed up in 35 minutes, 26kms east of Medicine Hat!! He had my car out on his platform tow truck in no time, being very careful, precise and patient. 5star performance! Not did he bring me to a most convenient place in Medicine Hat but also took the time to call his business associates to see who could fix my radiator issue which happened prior the off-road fiasco! We live in Ontario, our son is working out in Medicine Hat and was on his way to get his snow tires on at Costco, a snow storm came through that quickly turned to ice and he could not get up the hill and was close to missing his appointment, I had called a few tow companies but they had Christmas parties to get to and couldn’t help us out ???? I had been waiting for over an hour for another company to show up and already was late for work. I called Nathan's Towing and explained the situation. This people left me stranded night time in - 10 degrees in a ditch. They didn't bother to come for 7 km outside Medicine Hat without me giving them a credit card nr.over the phone. Unfortunately I didn't have one with me at the time but I pleaded with them telling them I had cash on me to no avail. Giving the weather conditions, the evening time, and also having a little dog with me and them not to bother and leave me out there in the cold was neither professional nor humanitarian...I didn't ask for free service. Would I recommend them? Hell no.

Nathan was amazing i was beyond frustrated when my car lost power on the highway home from work and then couldn't get it out of park. He was so patient with me asked me to explain what happened. He said he was in the area of the mall in his personal vehicle and it sounds like i need a boost He asked if i wanted him to come right away and try amd boost it while in his personal vehicle amd if it didnt work he'd go get the tow truck. Sure enough Nathan was right a boost worked and he saved me over 50 bucks!!! Told me.to drive it for 30 mins to charge the battery. Wish I could give 10 stars to Nathan's Towing... We were stranded on the highway just coming into Medicine Hat with an old truck (1986)and slide-on camper on Friday July 28th at 6.15 pm. CAA gave us 2 phone numbers of well-known towing companies. Neither of them could help us due to all their staff having the long weekend off... It was suggested we try Nathan as he has a reputation to ALWAYS help... He dropped everything at home... deserting his guests that were visiting for the long weekend and came to our rescue.. He was calm and patient... towed us to his yard, discovered and fixed the fuel problem. Then, although everything was in order that we could leave, he invited us to stay because it was already late in the evening. He offered us electric hookup, and supplied us with water... offered the use of the shower and bathroom in his home!!!! The next morning, he reflected on some other issues we had in the past regarding our carbeurator. He checked it out and discovered there had been an incorrect gasket installed... He got the parts and made that repair also. Nathan turned a stressful situation into an extra day of holidays.. I feel that we have gained a friend and hope that he takes our offer of a visit to our home when he is in the area.
