Jeff is always super helpful no matter what you need. I have a cell booster in my truck, and my antenna cable broke on me. Even though it's a discontinued part, he was able to find a substitute as well as the adapter to make it work with my old unit. Thanks Jeff, I'll be sending people your way!

Long overdue! Met Jeff (2009) while looking for someone to install a stereo unit in my 2001 Tiburon! He did an awesome job and since then has installed keyless remote/alarm in the Tibby, both a kick ass system and keyless remote/alarm in my 2003 Santa Fe, and just recently another Kick ass System in my 2006 Tucson! Jeff has gone over an above to see that both him and I was satisfied with all work done! I recently bought a 2016 Mitsubishi that did not come with a back up camera. I spoke to Jeff, the owner, about getting an after market one installed. He explained the options and gave me different price options. When I arrived for my appointment, the tech was right on time. My vehicle was attended to in a timely manner. Every aspect of the installation was discussed with me with regard to location and type of camera, location preference for the monitor and pluses and minuses for each. The work was completed on time and on budget. I will definitely take my vehicle there for any future accessories I buy.

So i got a quote from a dealership for a new fob for my sons car , $170 + $60 to program it in, total $230 plus tax !!!!!!! I called into Velocity and, all in it cost me $50 dollars !!!!!!!!! Very helpful, very friendly, will defiantly be calling in again ! Moral of the story is MAKE SURE YOU CALL INTO VELOCITY FIRST ! Brilliant service right here on our doorstep, keep up the great work !!!!

Bought amp and other accesories and had the guys install the car audio system and have not had anything but issues with it since. The subs were not tuned properly and the connections were poor often losing power for no reason. Toggle switch and adjuster knob they installed don't work. If you want to have a system that WILL last and work properly and for the competitive price look for Visions. I'm not advertising Visions Electronics just stating facts from personal experience.
