If I could give it no stars I would. Called to get some information on getting an apartment key copied, was told in an angered tone that I had called and e-mailed him about it before and he had already responded to it many of times. I am new to Winnipeg and have never made contact with this company before, I am very disappointed with the costomer service and would not recommend this company unless you like being treated like trash. I’m not mistaking this company because I got the number straight from the site you may feel free to contact me if you wish to change my mind

Absolute Professional, 10/10 would recommend to anybody! My car was broken into and among other things my house keys were taken. Everyone else couldnt guarantee same day service and if they did it would be at a premium for 'after hours services'. Staso was at my home within 30 minutes, let me into my home, and for good measure changed my locks for me at an incredible price. Thank You Staso!!!

I called Staso as he just happened to be the closest locksmith to my location when I checked Google maps. I called to make arrangements to have two lock sets re-keyed and I wanted to confirm his address so I could drop them off. He told me he didn’t charge for a service call and could come right over to change the locks for me. He was true to his word and showed up within twenty minutes and looked after me right away. Great, speedy service and very reasonably priced!

It was late and it was winter, I lost my key in the snow and my landlord couldn't help me until the next day. I didn't have a lot of money and I called a bunch of places for prices. Not only were the other places way more expensive they also wouldn't be able to help me for a few hours. I called here and was helped within 15 minutes. I was so thankful.

My mother needed emergency locksmith service two weeks ago. Staso locksmith provided her with a new locking doorknob. Unfortunately, the locking mechanism was difficult to turn, especially for painful arthritic hands. I called Staso and he returned immediately to check out the door knob. We decided to go with an industrial/commercial knob with easier locking mechanism for my mother. Thank you for your quick response and professionalism.

I lost the only key to my car. I contacted another locksmith who quoted me twice the price of Statso. He was at my place in under 10 minutes, and had a new key made in 15. He was polite and the price was as quoted. Amazing! I won’t go anywhere else.

Just stay away from this guys and dont trust a google review. Its a scammed Called him to come and fixed my key ignition for my Honda Civic 2008 because i couldnt turn my key over to start an engine . He came and took around 30 minutes and couldnt fix a problem and said my steering wheel system is stuck or broken, and he just only fixed my ignition but i am not sure its true because it still stuck. But the problem is if he knew that he couldnt fix the problem, why he still charge me 150 dollars for nothing. I didn’t realize that I have a right to refuse to pay if i didnt get a service done as I am new to Canada. In addition to that, just took my car to an auto mechanic shop, they said the locksmith messed up a steering wheel blocking system rather than fixing it so I have to pay more for what he did. If i didnt call this locksmith, it is so easier for a mechanic to fix and I dont need to replace the entire blocking system in my steering wheel. My friend called this guy and he answer with poor attitude and angry then hangup the phone. Fortunately, my friend works in the government and suggested that I need to file a complaint against his service to the government. Please stayy awayy and hope other people wont get scammed like this and please contact me for what you did.
