I have used Redecopp Security on a few times both residentially and for a small business. Every time they went above and beyond (cleaning, catching potential problems, extra keys responding late at night to a break-in at the store) As a business I had them key new locks, emergency replacement of a smashed window/door and then setting then the full replacement when we could get the new glass/door. We were lost when we got the call from the Alarm company and the police, James from Redecopp Security just handled it all. He had the door sealed within an hour of getting on there and provided that piece of mind that it would be like new again soon. The thieves were thwarted by the safe that was bolted to the floor (also supplied and installed by Redecopp) At home I've had them install a set of interior French doors - they modified the handles, made sure they were straight and balanced and he even vacuumed up all the wood shavings from installing the hinges. I had them install a keyless entry lock on my main door, the process was fast and together we went through the setup of the codes. They noticed previous damage to the door and added steel reinforcement to make the door more secure. I don't have anything bad to say. Very satisfied.

We got locked out of our basement office right before a big web meeting with all the stuff for that meeting inside the office. Redecopp was here within an hour, fixed it handily, then noticed that our front door handle was missing some screws and fixed that, too. I called James to help me fit a keypad deadbolt this summer. He was there when he said he would be and had all the tools and knowledge. It was done in half the time it would have taken me. He also re programmed the other deadbolts so they would all be the same code. Awesome. Wouldn’t trust anyone else.

this company says 24/7 which is a lie i called on Sunday for an emergency residential service repair and called again monday both times i left a message saying i need an emergency service which now its day 3 and not even a call back very poor business experience.
