He was able to purchase a new lock for me, provide a variety of options for cost, and replace it quickly. They said they would change locks on Thursday at 6:30pm, I call the following Monday because we didn't have the keys yet and the lady tells me that she called the office and no one answered so they never did it. I explained that I left a voicemail with the name and alternative number for her to call and her response was that they haven't checked their voicemails since Thursday. Very unprofessional.

This was the best experience! The lock to my condo stopped working Friday night at 9:50pm (ie the key wouldn’t turn). Luckily I wasn’t locked out. I was able to call that night after 10pm to book an appointment for the next day. They were on time and able to get my lock working! Reasonable price, on time, and great work! This is a business who likes to take advantage of people who are already in a terrible situation. I locked my keys in my car and it was late, so I called this company as they advertise 24/7 service. The so called "technician" tried charging me $180 for 10 mins of work. $180 to to stick a little air pump in the door and flip the lock with a coat hanger! DO NOT CALL THIS BUSINESS! I was in the same situation 3 to 4 years prior, and I called Dr. Hook and they charged me $70 to do the exact same thing and I thought that was a rip off!

They are so amazing people and so helpful! My daughter locked out the door at 10:00 pm and I felt helpless. I called a couple of my friends immediately to seek help, but I did not hear back from them! I found "Quality Lock & Key" in Google for 24/7 service, and therefore, I called their phone number at late night. Yonni picked up my phone and he was ready to help me out. He asked me to send a picture of the door-knob. He looked at the picture and gave me the instructions on how to open the lock with a screw driver without damaging the door. He did not want to come in or charge us $$ to open the door; instead, he helped us to open the lock for free! He showed us empathy and came up with the help when there was no other help around! Thanks again for your help, you guys are truly amazing!

The service tech "Yoni" not only provided efficient service to help acquaintances that were trapped inside their home and who could not get to the door to open it, but was also quick and efficient. This was a potential life threatening situation where one of the residents had fallen and could not get up and his disabled wife could not assist. Once myself and Yoni gained entry to the residence upon the homeowner's request of course, he went out of his way to assist me me to help get the fallen resident back on his feet from an entrapped location. Without any hesitancy whatsoever, he offered his services to ensure the couple were safe and well. This is more than an outstanding company to go beyond the service of home entry!
