Did a decent job on one pair of boots and and shoes. But, then he dyed my nice pair grey shoes black, and got black on the soles of that pair of shoes. The shoes had grey laces and grey interior...so not sure where the confusion was.

Had my husband's boots for more than 2 weeks, no rush order. Had to call to track them down, suddenly immediately finished - lost in the busy shuffle? All repairs let go less than 10 days after getting them back. Very minimalist repair work. Parts of sole not even glued back on, frayed stitching, not informed of possibility for nor offered repair of inside lining. I would have definitely upgraded to have these quality work boots repaired to good working order.

I took this fellow my favourite winter boots that I have had for years and worn in all kinds of fall, winter and spring weather. I was going to throw them out. They look like new. Not kidding. He had to resew seams on both boots, cover the heels and put on new heel soles (good grip). And he polished them. It was not inexpensive but it was worth every penny for an expert craftsman like this individual. Wish I could show you a before and after pic. Will take him all my shoe business and recommend you do as well.

Dropped off two pair of shoes 3 weeks ago. We can only pay cash... I paid $40. Went to pick up my shoes and they were in process of moving 991 Mcphillips. He thought my shoes were in his garage. Over the next week I made a few calls trying to locate and pick up my shoes. He found one pair.... Now, I hear they needed to get re-zoning so the new store isn't going to open. They are not answering the phone. They have two pairs of my expensive shoes and $40.....
