Michael did a great job. I needed a new key cut for my civic, I tried going to my local dealership but they wanted $200+ for a new key (absolutely ridiculous). I met Michael after normal business hours, he was very professional, he cut my new key, cleaned the electrical contacts of my fob, and tested it out. It worked perfectly! A few years ago we changed all of our door hardware to "upgrade" finishes, but we started to have issues with the keys not working on most of the doors. We were down to using only one door and were concerned about eventually getting locked out of our own home. I lost my car key FOB and he was able to come to my place the next morning to make a new one. It didn't take long. He needed to program two keys in order to program them at all, but since I recently damaged my car in an accident and MPI declared it a write off and they would be taking the car away soon, I said I couldn't pay for the second key. He thankfully allowed me to buy just one key. Later for whatever reason, MPI changed their mind and said they would try to fix my car instead. Luckily he had kept the second key from the original programming, and sold it to me for the same price he was originally going to charge me for it and now I have a spare car FOB.

Almost two weeks later, a city inspector came by and pointed out that commercial buildings need lever handles - not knobs - on the doors, so I called Michael again to see if he could do this change for me. He returned the next day to switch my locks again, at no charge. I really appreciate his help during this difficult situation and my overall feeling from him is that he is a good guy with a good heart who does his job well. I could not start my vehicle because my ignition was stuck and my key would not turn the ignition. It was -33 outside and every shop that I called said not to bring it in because they were to busy and just to wiggle the wheel and it should work. Well after a day of trying this, it did not work. I googled mobile locksmiths and called the LocksmithMAN. He was at my house in 30 minutes, removed my ignition, rebuilt the ignition in his van and replaced it all within an hour and a half in -30 degrees weather. He was very friendly and very reasonable. BEWARE. Overcharged 3x what was quoted on the phone. Described the door and lock and was given an estimate of $35-$40. After arriving the price is suddenly $120 because he "has to pick the lock" when that is what I asked for in the first place. Then he couldn't even pick the lock and had to force open the door nearly damaging the frame. Also don't believe these 5 star reviews because he gives you a discount if you leave a 5-star review in his presence.

Called this business - and were given a very reasonable price right away. The cost for emergency service is not even that much more than you would pay for regular service with LocksmithMan. We explained that we needed to leave for work at 7:45am and asked for someone to be sent at 7am. The person was at our house at exactly 7:00am. Was very polite, professional, did not make any mess in the house, changed all 3 locks and was gone by 7:40am. Could not ask for a better, more professional and reasonably priced service.
