Great local locksmith with good quality products. Got 2 keys cut for locks. Was surprised of the quality of metal used. Very strong, tougher than the master lock keys that came with the lock, which were bent by the way. And the new keys worked better that the original. Would recommend.

The most unprofessional company ever. .. they were subcontracted out to us.. they actually took our door knob and kept it cause they had issues with the contractor. . They Called to talk total bs about the contractor and basically tried to bully us.

One of the most customer friendly experiences from calling the office to explain my situation with my front door lock having issue to the follow-up phone call to advise when a technician would be coming out. The service technician, Kevin, is a very knowledgeable gentleman who quickly serviced my front door deadbolt and re-key it to a new master key. Also set the garage deadbolt to the new master key. Without me asking, he adjusted the garage deadbolt strike plate to that the deadbolt slide perfectly. No more have to push the door a little bit to lock. Legal Locksmith are deeply concerned about addressing a customer's needs and being cost effective for its customers. Thank you guys! Top notch experience from beginning to end.

I would recommend Legal Locksmith to anyone! I only needed 1 key cut today. The staff were very friendly, fast, and efficient. I handed her the key, and before I knew it she was done and handing them back to me (this in under 2 mins). I came home to try the key and it was like a hot knife through butter. Had to do a rekey after moving to a new house, went to the shop, talked to Rob to get an appointement, the tech(don't know his name) was right on time and 35 minutes later my 3 locks were modified and got 3 new keys, all for a fair price. All staff was nice, will go back to them if needed

Recently had a job to change a deadbolt lock with a key pad deadbolt that I owned. Called Legal Locksmith to arrange as I had a limited window of time to do this. From the first communication with the office right through installation I found all involved courteous and professional. Scheduled a date and technician arrived right at the beginning of the window of time they gave me. Installation was complicated because the door had glass window with very limited room to expand the hole as was needed for my touchpad. The technician made it happen. It took a couple of hours and I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price charged. Unequivocally recommend this firm.

I would highly recommend using another locksmith company! Legal Locksmith was scheduled to provide service at my house on the afternoon of Jun 15, 2016 and the locksmith never showed up. This was despite having spoken to him in the morning confirming service for the afternoon. I did not receive the courtesy of a phone call or a heads up advising that nobody would be coming. I was simply waiting all afternoon and evening, having taken time off work to be present for the service. I left a message in the early evening for the on-call locksmith to call back which went unanswered. I called and texted the locksmith directly on his cell phone, which too, went unanswered until the next day. Although I did appreciate a verbal apology over the phone and their attempt to re-book the service call, I refuse to do business with Legal Locksmith after having been disregarded the day prior. Perhaps they don't care or need my business, but its unfortunate for them, as I was also interested in purchasing a new home security system and safe, which of course, I will no longer be getting from them. I would advise customers support those businesses which have a track record for excellent customer service. I am certain not everyone one will have the same experience as I did at Legal Locksmith, but I find online reviews are important for this purpose. Your good and bad experiences should be posted. This gives customers a balanced assessment of a company's level of service. If there are multiple negative reviews for a company you may wish to look elsewhere. For what its worth, I called "Noble Locksmith" early this morning and my door was fixed at lunch today. The locksmith was friendly and professional. Price was great. I would highly recommend you look at them for your locksmith needs. Good luck!

They were curteous and very accommodating. They didn't try to take advantage or oversell at all. We require a quiet atmosphere at the massage clinic, and we didn't hear a sound! From the time I called in the request to the time they finished and collected payment - roughly 1.5 hrs max!! Fast!

I actually did not get to use the services of this company, because the locks I have are Medico and they do not have the rights to my specific locks. But Rob went above and beyond in reaching out to the manufacturer to find out which locksmith in Winnipeg could actually service my locks. He did all of this for no gain. I won't hesitate to use their services in the future.
