Just bought a house with do not duplicate keys and was looking for a locksmith to get me an extra copy for my kid. This company just tried to convince me that I should change all the locks throughout the property (because the unassuming retirees I just bought from might have kept a copy for the nefarious purpose of breaking back into the house after I've moved in). Then quote me over $400 to make me 3 keys - not sure of this included lock replacement or not. I called an ethical locksmith right after that and was told that as long as i could prove I own the locks, copies would be issued. I bought the lock ownership certificate with the house and the key copy cost $3.85, so, in my opinion this company tried to scam me when quoting over $400.

I misplaced the only smart key fob we had for my wife's Hyundai Vera Cruz and after looking online and calling Hyundai for a replacement I realized this was going to be a costly mistake. After getting quotes from several locksmiths I quickly realized that Dr Locksmith was my only choice. Pavel was fantastic, he called me right away and his quote for a locked vehicle entry, new OEM fob, reprogramming and emergency key cutting was far less than all other quotes and less than half of what my Hyundai dealer would charge.
