Took in 3 windows to have panes replaced and glazed. The quality of work was horrendous, and the employee who did the work refused to offer any discount on the labour. Glazing is full of dirt and uneven all along - especially in corners. Don’t take your work here. The store attitude is completely unprofessional and puts the customer last.

Had a terrible experience visiting this store. After searching for key cutting shops, I came by this store which was closest to me on Google Maps. I needed two silver (nickel plated) keys copied and cut. The male employee showed me which key blanks would work for my key style, and I went ahead and purchased them. He handed the female worker the two silver blank keys, so she could cut them. After paying, she handed me one silver, and one brass cut key. I said that I agreed on purchasing two silver keys (the two I was originally handed), but then the male employee states in a rude tone: "it's all we have". They refused to refund my $3.50. If you are going to hand a customer display items that are not like the product being sold, please rethink your business. This seemed like a convenient corner hardware shop at first, until I received their service. Both thumbs down.

Corydon Hardware is Great! I live just down the street and I have to say having a hardware store that sells screws by weight is amazing. This place is old school in the best way possible. Nothing like strolling down to the hardware store, getting a croissant on the way and starting your little project without having to drive out to 'burbs to wander around massive aisles. Perfectly set up for home maintenance and simple tasks. Don't expect to find a home depot... but do expect to be relaxed.

Talking down to elderly people- yelling at them and kicking them out of the store for asking questions. Don't bother standing up for them because the worker also yelled saying "mind your own buisness" when doing the right thing. Avoid the male employee - tall, stocky, balding with a stubble beard. Never going back. Also dont let your parents or grandparents shop there.

I recently went to pick something up for a friend, and I was unsure of the exact product I was looking for. I had asked the girl if someone was available to come help me and when she went to get the manager I could overhear the manager making fun of the fact that I didn’t know which product to purchase. Anyways, it turned out that I was correct to be confused as the product that the girl directed me to was incorrect and they didn’t even carry what I was looking for. I wouldn’t go back there, I would much rather go to a store where people are willing to help me.

Went there for some vacuum parts few days ago. The staff laughed at us as we didn't know the brand name. Cocky and not friendly. He didn't try to help to look for what we need. Won't even go again.

Appalling experience today..... After years of having vacuum servicing done at the store, my parents went to pick up their repaired power head only to be given a unit that wasn't what they had brought in. Needless to say the unit they were given was a piece of junk Clearly it had been swapped out for a lesser power head. As Senior citizens the vacuum repair man humiliated them telling them this was what they had brought it. Simply disgraceful service as well as taking advantage of two senior citizens. Certainly not the reputable business it once was. I called to follow up by phone on their behalf and received the same belligerent behavior. Please consider this review before giving this establishment your business. They certainly don't deserve it. Disgusted.
