Thank you guys for the fast and easy service. Chris came out within 15 mins to help us after being locked out of our apartment. Extremely professional and kind and excepted payment over the phone with a credit card. Highly highly recommend!

No call, no show. Even called the office about 5 times to try all of the different extensions (emergency, accounting, sales, etc). No answer at the office nor is there room to leave a message in a voicemail box. Disappointed.

They arrived early after calling to make sure that early was okay with me. They were very fast to install a new lock and rekey an old lock. They were polite and friendly and I liked that they were in and out in under half an hour. Very professional!

I am new to leaving reviews but felt compelled this time. About 2 months ago, I called Twin City to replace all the locks in my multi-unit property. The worker who came out was polite and respectful in our text and face to face interactions. However, he had to come out at least 3 times to fix mistakes or oversights. According to one of my annoyed tenants, this worker also left an old knob and lock set on the tenant's porch instead of taking it with him. A bit odd but not a huge issue. What has made the overall interactions with this company particularly upsetting to me were the interactions on the phone with "Don". Each phone discussion seemed as though Don were doing me a favor and cared less about my concerns. Here are 2 examples; 1) Earlier I wrote that the worker had to come out 3 times. One of those times I was charged a labor fee. I tried to speak with Don telling him that I should not be charged as it was not my responsibility. His response was "it's not my responsibility either". I thought that spending more than 400 dollars on the work would have granted me a bit more support. Not! 2) I recently ordered extra keys so the tenants could use the basement.. Neither key worked. I left a message Thursday evening with my concern. After 12 hours of not hearing back, I called and Don answered. I asked if he got my message. He said yes but nothing else. After what seemed to be an inordinate amount of silence on his end, I stated "And...?" He then stated that he would have to see the keys. What really needs to happen is for a worker to come out to the house, look at the lock and then make the right copies. The odds of them not charging me for their mistake seems unlikely. They seem to be the only locksmith in town and often when that happens, businesses seem to become a bit entitled and quality customer service fades.

Chris came out to make me a key for my car on the 4th of July and was friendly and quick. The price was very reasonable, especially given the holiday. I will definitely be using Twin City for all my key/lock needs going forward.

Unfortunately I had an embarrassing moment and locked my keys in my semi truck on Labor Day Monday. I called Twin City, explained my situation and in less than an 1/2 an hour a very pleasant young man with a good attitude showed up and had the door opened in less than a minute. They charged me a very reasonable and fair price that I was more than happy to pay. Thank you Twin City for helping me out and doing a great job.

We went to several places without luck -no one had the correct key blank. we went here and within a few second the correct blank(they had 100) and in less than a minute a perfect key was made. Big plus was his excellent humor!!

****SORRY FOR THE LONG REVIEW, BUT ITS HARD TO STOP PRAISING A PERSON/COMPANY THAT GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT IS EXPECTED**** *** I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TWIN CITY LOCK & KEY After getting the major run around by all the local hardware stores (Lowe’s, Home Depot, Ace, and Aubuchon) being told they either “don’t cut keys for bikes, or that I needed to buy my own blanks and bring to them and they would cut them for me, although once I bought the blanks and returned to have them cut, I was informed that now they could not cut them (was told a few different reasons) LUCKILY THIS IS WHEN I DID A SEARCH AND FOUND TWIN CITY LOCK AND KEY..... I arrived first thing on a Monday morning and was greeted by the owner (Chris). After asking if it was possible to copy the only key I had for my bike (which was a little beat up and worn) he took one look and said “not a problem.” I gave him the 3 blank keys that the previous stores had told me I needed to order, and told him that “I completely understood if he didn’t want to use keys that I bought elsewhere, and would be happy to buy new blanks from him if need be” He told me it was not a problem at all to use the ones that I had already purchased. After hanging out for a few minutes as he took care of a man before me and watched and listened as he was training a new employee, it was clearly evident that this man took pride in the services he offers as a business owner, and was happily taking a little extra time to show a new employee how to perform a certain job correctly, including the how and why to the steps that were performed to get a job done correctly the first time. Once he handed me back all of my keys, I left knowing that, luckily I had found a place that I will use any and every time that I need keys/locks taken care of. And after personally watching how he interacted with his “newer” employee and patiently showed him the “tricks of the trade”, I know that any one of Chris’ employees are capable of completing a job with the same knowledge and skill set that he possesses. Twin City Lock and Key has gained a customer for life and will be given as a referral to anyone that asks me if I know a great locksmith. Thank you Chris!!

Found two guys who were very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend them to anyone.

They were scheduled to come out to install deadbolts but never did. It was a no call-no show and they never called us back to reschedule. This to me appears to be poor customer service as they choose to not take care of their customers and understand the inconvenience that they have caused.
