Poor accountability and not trustworthy. The worker that came to fix our lock problem said he had to go back to the shop for more parts. Left for almost 1 hour, but came back and wanted to charge us for the time he was at the shop where he claimed he was 'working on the lock'. Would definitely NOT recommend for any large job. Key cutting price is reasonable if that's all you need, but watch out for added expenses for anything else.. Best choice would be to contact another provider.

Outstanding customer service and top quality products. They installed a beautiful new door set for our front door and re-keyed all the locks when we moved into our house. Matt even took the time to do some minor adjustments to the door hinges to make sure everything was working properly. And the whole project came in under budget! I highly recommend them! I took the wrong stop the first time I went there, got lost a little. A nice gentleman guided me and I arrived there safely ????. As soon as I was in... I was out -that is how fast it happened! Keys were cut perfectly, I even asked for a warranty if it doesn’t fit that I could return them - well like I was told there was no need for it because the cut was a perfect perfect cut - even better than the original. Price Was Right!!!???? Double Thumbs Up Mr Locksmith!!!

Person who took my order did not relay anything correctly to the tech. First he was given wrong house number so was 20 min late trying to find me, then didn't know I requested a lever for the sunroom door, so had to get one of those, then why I didn't check when everything else went wrong is on me. The side door deadbolt wouldn't work with the key. The first words out of my mouth when I called for a quote was I want 1 key to match all the doors, and was now told that the tech wasn't made aware of that. Still waiting for a call back when they are going to come and fix this. There is nothing good to say about this experience at all, other than after a horrible conversation with the tech, the owner spoke with my husband and came over to match our deadbolt and was very apologetic.

The staff arranged ahead and upgraded all main and upper level door handles from vintage 1950 glass (falling off and beyond repair) to lever handles. Every door now closes easily, looks awesome and is maintenance free. They worked as a team and cleaned up, all with safety protocols in place. We are extremely pleased with the result!
