I wanted to share my absolute satisfaction with both the service and product I received from Hudson. I cannot recommend them enough. From the beginning of my interactions with their team to the installation of our new C.H.I garage doors & Liftmaster openers, this was simply put "a seamless and even enjoyable experience". We choose insulated doors with windows. Two points. Get the windows! They allow light into your garage during the day and night, which is great. The second point is I cannot get over how well the temperature holds in our garage now due to the insulated doors. This winter the temp in our garage has been down right warm in comparison to outside. Having a living space above our garage (which is typically a cool/hot space) is now much more comfortable as a result. I can't recommend these guys enough. Thanks for all your help!!

The big spring on our garage door broke. This was a crisis for us as we have a special needs daughter. Whenever we go somewhere she needs at least a few minutes in her hanging leaf chair in the garage. Hudson's nearest opening was in four days. I was recently locked out of my car when I lost my keys while visiting friends in London. Fortunately I found Hudson Lock & Key online and gave them a call, I explained my situation and they said they could open my car door and make me a brand new key with the transponder right in the parking lot of the mall.... Nic showed up soon after I called, was really friendly and told me he would have me fixed up with a new key shortly. The new key Nic made even looked exactly the same as the one from the dealership. I could not thank Hudson Group enough! We hired a crook of a company to install and operate our gate at our used car dealership with over 2 million dollars of inventory, That Car Place on Exeter Road. They kept asking for payments prior to being complete. Once we gave in to their threats, and they finished the job but only partially, the reason you hold out until everything is complete! They didnt even come back next day for training as promised!! The gate didnt last more than 3 months! We were told that the gate would have a 90 day warranty, and they declined stating that. After only 6 months, due to the poor craftsmanship, the gate has actually stop working and 9 months snapped in half! Luckily, Chris Kennedy and the rest of his awesome staff reached out to us, gave us a great price and fixed someone else's problem, which most people will not do. Now, happy to say, the gate functions, operates, and runs without any issues or problems. They follow up to ensure everything is running right ! Minors issues, they are available within 24 hours! Thank you Hudson Group! Highly recommend this company for all your gates or automation needs!
