I used this company for a door latching issue at my rental property this week. They came for 10 mins made a repair by spraying oil in the locking mechanism. They charged $468 with no detail invoice breakdown. I had asked the tenant to pay as I was unavailable. So they got away with it. When I called the repair person to explain the cost breakdown, he could explain and referred me to “dispatch “ who did not answer my call. Don’t use these guys ever!
