Thank You Sean! The work, presentation of work, and company I found to be very professional and up-standing. I had the locks re keyed at our condo recently. A-1 London Locksmiths van was clean and very well organized. One can tell David takes pride in his work. I had requested the work be done by 6pm. Understanding my time frame, David had called and gave me an update on how close he was to our condo and assured me the locks could be done quickly. As promised, locks done on time. - Quick - Efficient - Professional - Clean Appearance - Good Communicator I would highly recommend A-1 London Locksmiths services.

These guys are awesome. When I called I was told the tech would be over in 15 minutes and sure enough tech Andrew was at my house in 15 minutes and had the car unlocked less than 3 minutes later. If you need a locksmith go with A-1 London Locksmiths , they are quick, professional and show up at the time they quote.

It was a Friday night when I had left my keys at the office. Thankfully, I had the pleasure of calling A-1 London Locksmiths, who quickly came to the rescue! These guys are fast, friendly, and extremely affordable. You’ll be glad you gave them a call, trust me on that !

Locked my keys in the car, called them and they said they'd arrive in 20-30 minutes and quoted me $70. I waited over an hour before they finally arrived. It took them less than 30 seconds to get the door unlocked and they charged me $160. They said it would have been cheaper for them to pick the lock (then why didn't they just do that?) and refused to give me an invoice/receipt, saying that they sent another company to me so I'd have to contact them. But who is this other company? They won't tell me who it is and now they are ignoring my calls. What a complete rip off. I will never use this service again and I'll make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away.

Lock broke and couldn't open the door. He was able to force open the broken sliding mechanism without issue (no damage to door etc either). Did a great job.

SCAMMERS! Stay far away from these guys - they broke 3 of our doors, wasted 9 hours of our time, and then tried to charge us $1400 to change 3 locks. The 'manager' came to review the work after we complained and was very unprofessional, rude, and threatening. We dug further into this company and found out that they are not a registered business, they do not have company vehicles, the employees use fake names, and they do not have a physical location. We had Rusty's come to our rescue and fix all of the awful work that they did.

Very disappointed in the service received. Technician came over an hour late for my pre booked appointment. I was charged WAY too much for the service received. Was not provided with an invoice despite asking/contacting twice to be provided with information regarding insanely high fee. Feel like I have been scammed. Would not use this company again and would never recommend.

Called for a late night call out as I got locked out of my apartment downtown. Was informed that someone would be dispatched right away and would be there “soon”. Called after 1 hour and the phone kept ringing out. Emails sent via the website kept bouncing back. Called again and realised the phone rings were actually a pre-recording of a phone ringing as the voicemail message so the phone had been switched off. I eventually called someone else to help, and I never heard from this company again. There is something really off about this company, I’m not sure what scam they are operating but DO NOT USE. :( Edit 05/27/2018: The business has responded to say I have never contacted their company. I’ve added the screenshots of my contact to the profile (initial call, then follow up calls that were all blocked). PLEASE do not be fooled by this company. To the company owner: if you have further comments, please provide a contact email that works so I can speak directly with you.
