Bought an ultion lock online. An expensive lock. Was sent a 2nd hand one. Scratched and tarnished. Returned it and was sent another 2nd hand one. I'm not sure what is going on but this seems like very questionable business practice. 2 stars because they did attempt to rectify the problem.

I found Vault NW online, and asked for a quote for some Ultion locks/keys etc. Price was good and service was even better. I can’t recommend Vault enough, I had a few questions after purchasing and I got speedy honest answers which were fantastic. I am normally leaving 1* reviews as I really value good service, however happy to leave a 5* as I can’t speak highly enough of Vault NW.
