After moving into a new apartment a week ago the mortise lock started jamming, on a very old door fitting. The two lads had a new lock fitted and three keys cut in around 10 to 15 minutes. Everything dusted properly afterwards too. Very happy & it was minimal fuss.

Highly recommend these guys. My front door suddenly wouldn't lock and I was at my wit's end trying everything just to get it to shut. Insurance company said it would take four hours just for a phone call from their locksmith, so decided to give these guys a call. Glad I did. Jonathan called round 10 minutes after I made the phonecall - on a Sunday, which just happened to also be his day off too. Now that's what I call first class service. He was brilliant and explained every step, what the issue was and was extremely professional. Not only did he fix the lock, he also adjusted the door hinges and fixed the strip on the other side, so that the door closes better than it ever has - and also got rid of the annoying squeak. These guys literally saved the day. Today has been one nightmare after another, but this firm came to my rescue and saved me a sleepless night.

Mr Hannah, came out exactly when he said he was coming and called to say he was on his way, to back that up. We spoke on the phone, I described the problem and he gave me some quotes, as it was for my mum, quite protective of her money, but never having used a locksmiths before I said I would call around (to look for something cheaper). Mr Hannah was very pleasant and said to feel free to call back anytime. Phone around and indeed he was cheaper and was very happy to come out. He showed me the different locks and gave a recommendation and why. On taking out the old lock, I could see what he meant about the cheaper flimsy locks. Plus he kindly fixed a door handle (not related to original call) for free. Highly recommended, as an honest tradesman. Would happily recommend his company to anyone. (In the pictures - ignore the state of the door - that's us - the new locks is him!)

Would highly recommend. I messaged to book a free home security survey after seeing them recommended on a local community page. Contacted this morning following on from an attempted break in the night before. Phone answered promptly and an appointment booked for only a couple of hours later. The Locksmith arrived on time and was able to source a rare back door lock from a wholesaler and return to fit it within an hour of arriving at the house. We were so impressed with the quality of service provided that we asked his advice regarding the front door locks. He made no attempt to push a product on us but informed us of its faults and what may be a better alternative if we were interested. I asked about another door but he assured me that the lock in this one was excellent and needed no altering. Overall an extremely professional service from a highly knowledgeable Locksmith. As he himself said you will get cheaper but if you want it doing right then he is the guy and honestly I think that his prices are more than reasonable with him even fitting the front door lock for free. Thoroughly recommended!
