It was a very fast service from scheduling an appointment to completing the task! The locksmith technician was transparent with me on what task that needs to be done. There was misunderstanding about the price but it was quickly resolved by the owner. I'd rate that as 5 stars. The owner of this company really cares about each customer and their satisfaction. Called twice coz I forgot to ask another question and the guy hung up on me because I already called him and said “why are you calling me again today?” then just hung up. He sounded drunk. So rude and unnecessary especially when we were stuck late at night. Also informed he’s super racist by a another person in the industry so maybe that’s why he didn’t want to help me.

Great experience from start to finish. The man who helped me book my appointment by phone couldn't have been more friendly or helpful, and the locksmith who came out to fix our locks was awesome. Everything is working great now and he even gave us some tips if the issue reoccurs. Would definitely recommend!
