I was served by Paul and I'm very delighted that: ▪He responded to my enquiry even though it was on weekend (via Messenger app), and settled the job to be done today - Monday. ▪He was so punctual as I informed him I had to follow my rather tight schedule today. ▪He finished the job perfectly and on time - excellent quality. ▪He as well advised me of what caused the problem to my door handle at the first place - informative and good service. ▪He helped to adjust another lock (which was kinda messed up by other workers from another company) that I didn't mentioned prior to coming to the site, yet he finished the job so quickly and it's now back to perfection. ▪He didn't charge me a fortune, it was affordable and absolutely worth it. What else could I possibly ask for more when purchasing a service? I 100% would recommend the company/Paul to others.

These guys are next door to my favourite drum store and so I killed two birds with one stone one day and went in when I was having trouble with one of the double-glazed lock systems in my house. Paul & Rob knew exactly what the problem was so Paul came out on a very quick home visit and sorted the problem out in no time. Very knowledgeable guys and good value and even better, next to a shop I visit regularly.

Based in town so easy for them to get anywhere. You're not waiting long at all. Really friendly and professional. 30 seconds later.
