Returned home this evening to find my front door key no longer worked so I had to get my son to let me in, I then discovered that the double locking system had stopped working and one of the door handles had dropped. Panic mode set in when I couldn't lock my front door from the inside. Looked onto Google and came across Delta Locksmiths. Spoke to Paul and advised him what was wrong, he said he'd be there within an hour and he was. Once he arrived he sorted the problem by replacing the lock barrel, he gave me a fair price and also mentioned about the door handles, so this will be something that may need to be replaced in the future. I locked myself out of my car this evening away from home, i went home and called Paul from Delta locksmiths, The Service he provided to me tonight was five star! He turned up within in hour and retrieved my car keys without any damage! He even offered to pick me up and take me to my vehicle, he decided to stay with my car as my power tools was on show in the boot, while i got a taxi. He charged me a very reasonable rate, being Friday night, i wasnt expecting anyone to come, nothing was to much trouble for Paul. Within 30 minutes of calling them, a locksmith named Brad was working on my car. This was in the snow too. He was professional and very courteous. After 30 mins, my car was open and I could get to work. He also scraped the ice of my windscreen which was a lovely gesture. I would definitely recommend this company. Just had a job done by Delta Locksmiths yesterday . Got a quote from a locksmiths about the locking mechanism on a double glazed door,an 8 movement lock.He said £190 to do the job and maybe another £30 if the handles did not fit the new lock.I phoned Delta and spoke to Paul one of their locksmiths.He said I will come and look to see what was wrong.He spent nearly 2 hours fixing the old one,put it back, oiled it and it works perfectly now all for £65.I am really pleased with Delta,same day service and Paul is a great guy,very knowledgeable . They did exactly what it says on the tin - fixed old wobbly skoda fob key that was on its last legs, and programmed new skoda key fob. Both now work fine. They beat price quoted by other key specialists. They asked for car details and then correctly ordered the specific 'blank' fob key required, which took them around two weeks to source. Once they had new fob, job was then completed at their Norris green shop all within an hour. I will be calling them again for any car key issues.

Delta Locksmiths have got to be one of the best companies I have had the pleasure of using. Paul and Tommy are the two gents I have spoken to and had out to a number of my properties and they are fast, cheap and most importantly - always honest. On a few occasions they have told me that there are cheaper ways, in terms of their costs and after costs (for maintenance) to address what I have needed doing. One example being locking my keys in my flat. Paul was with me late night, mid week, and tried all non-destructive options to open the door first. My night latch had failed and Paul could have tried drilling the lock, but his in his honesty told me there would be no point in this particular instance saving me time frustration and money. He also very kindly cheered me up, as I was tired and upset. A true gentleman and just what I needed after a bad day topped off by being locked out. Customer service you cannot fault ! Tommy I have spoken to on a number of occasions and I must say is one of the most patient men I've dealt with. Nothing is a silly question for the non-locksmith experts, He explains everything without being patronising and again has been out as quick as he can even in late night situations. The customers that have had Tommy out to our properties have all sang his praises for his professionalism and cheery manner even at such late hours. I've had companies before that would charge instantly and not even try non-destructive options just so they could charge for the new lock on top of extortionate call out fees. I've used them for several properties on behalf of my company now and they always give me honest advice and charges. I won't be going anywhere else and recommend others don't either !

Fantastic service! Today, my family and I were returning from holiday and locked the car keys in the boot when packing up the boot - which also had our only set of house keys. We were freezing and so tired it was the last thing we needed but after a quick google search we found Delta Locksmiths. We are so thankful we did! After a very short call, Paul came out to us in under 30 minutes and took less than 15 minutes to get us in our car. I rang Delta Locksmiths this morning to replace my front door lock. They were ultra-professional in how they dealt with my enquiry. They gave me an accurate and cheap quote over the phone and arrived within a couple of hours to fit the new lock which suited me perfectly. They also went the extra mile by fitting a very handy inner-door lock (all included in the price) to save me needing my door key each time I need to lock the front door. I cannot speak highly enough of this Company - they are a totally reliable, friendly and competitive in price, and so local too! They totally deserve a five star google rating !

Called Delta as my front door was insecure and wouldn’t lock so needed the job doing as a matter of urgency, so telephoned Paul and he said he would prioritise the job. Unbelievable, Professional service from Brad @ Delta locksmiths. Snapped my car key blade trying to open a tin of paint, popped into their shop in Broadway worried with this being my only key. Greeted by a friendly smile Brad explained to me that he could repair the key straight away for a very very reasonable price. Came out late at night to fix my Son’s car so that he could be back on the road ASAP - the steering had locked and a new ignition barrel had to be installed. This is my second shall we say error, placing my keys in the boot and closing the lid to find that the car locks itself after 5seconds. All I can say that Delta locks are my knights in a shining white van who come and rescue me from usually a car park after mindlessly throwing my bags along with keys into boot. The first time they were referred from the RAC and I know they do police work to so very trustworthy and reliable first and foremost. I called they came out and after a lengthy task it took most of the day to retrieve them as the lock had seized but nothing was to much trouble, even came and picked me up to take me back to the car. This time was a bit easier it took about half an hour, and as usual Paul and his team (Brad) came to my rescue. can’t thank them enough. Definitely without a doubt would recommend this business, although they are amazing I hope I don’t need them again for a while yet. Thanks again.

I have a keyless car and unfortunately locked my keys in my car last week. I called the RAC who called Delta for me and as the tool they needed to get into my car wasn’t available; they suggested breaking locks to my house and replacing locks. Paul gave a time and he was there when he said- he completed the job and drove me back to my car to pick it up- all whilst keeping a sense of humour - would recommend but don’t recommend you lock your key in your car.

Rang just after 9am on a Saturday being told they would be out shortly, after hearing nothing by 12 noon rang back to be told they had been busy , turned up about 2pm ,once the tradesman was there to fix a front door we could not lock but instead of saying you need a new lock he was very professional and said the door lock just needed re-oiling and the door had just dropped, after sorting the front door out he took a look at the back door which had also dropped and sorted that out aswell ,once there the service was very good reccomend strongly

Couldnt thank Delta Locksmiths enough. Spoke to Tommy due to my keys being stolen and i didnt have spare key for my car to move it. Because they took them from my property my car was parked right outside, so i was really stressed incase they came back. Luckily my neighbour had blocked my car in and Tommy came out same day within a few hours of my call and replaced all locks and reprogrammed new key.
