Stopped in at work and left my keys locked in my truck running. I called active and a guy was downtown in less than 10 minutes. Got my truck unlocked in 2mins and reassured me even he had done the same thing. Usually I beat myself up about mistakes like this but today, I felt better !

I had an amazing experience here. I got 10 keys cut for work, a specific brand only found in limited locations. While I was getting my keys cut, a girl came in with a Remote Car Starter key issue. She thought the battery needed to be replaced. The gentlemen that assisted her, fixed her key and then sent her on her way. The girl didn't realize at first that he had just given it to her for free. What an amazing place. Don't expect all your fixes to be free but the fact that I got to witness that reminds me that there are truly kind people left in this world.

Lost spare car key and ignition key can't open door; so, very bad luck if battery flat. They were able to cut a key that works for door, ignition and glovebox from the VIN. Not cheap and they need a day to contact the dealer, but much better than always having to leave the hood unlatched.

In less than 24 hrs they messaged back. I gave him the information he needed and in less than 2 hrs I had a key for my truck for only $50!! Great service! We've been having keys cut here for years (and they always work!). This week we ended up locked out of our garage due to a faulty door knob lock. Eric (I believe?) came out right away, replaced the knob with one far superior to (but no more expensive than) the big box store version we had, rekeyed a couple of locks, and cut and tested extra keys on the spot. Friendly, efficient, and fair prices.

Prompt and professional service! Brought our vehicle's ignition in as the ignition lock cylinder was jammed up. They repaired in less than an hour. Saved a great deal of money this way; didn't have to buy a new ignition at a cost of hundreds of dollars.

Very unhappy with this place. Was told they could make a key for our son's car and program it. They couldn't. Told us they had problems programming Volkswagens. I can understand paying for either service or key, but not both. Took car to dealer and they tried everything to get active locks key to work. Nothing. Unhappy with them not being up front with us from the beginning

Bring your security situation and the staff here talked with me about what my problem was. Imagine trying as a limited knowledge of locks and how the system changed the diameter of the hole required to fit new locks. As frustrating as that was they assisted me to purchase a deadbolt lock so it would work. Got home and no real issues. Works awesome and my humble thanks to them. I could have been scouting for a new door. Great service & totally reasonable pricing. Hats off to this business during difficult times. Won’t forget how you made my day & thanks again
