Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped to install two deadbolts and rekey another lock. It was obvious he cares about the work he does. I was also amazed at how well he clean up after himself. The floor was cleaner than when he started. Lol I definitely recommend!

Had re-keyed 7 locks on a new cottage. 4 of the door handles and locks were installed incorrectly originally, and Shane took the time to take them all apart and reinstall them correctly. They now all work great. Highly recommended!!

I needed a key cut for a front door lock. No store could find a correct blank to cut from. Shane researched the key and managed to find the correct blanks through EBAY. He purchased the blanks and had them shipped at his own expense. He then cut copies for me for a very reasonable price. He probably spent three or four hours researching and completing the key cut. He certainly went far beyond my expectations. I highly recommend him.
