Bought a cigarette case to use for business cards. They switched it with one from there stock and started to immediately engrave it. The back spine is out of joint and looks like one of the joints is either rusted or burnt. She refused to exchange it for a new one when I pointed it out. Terrible. Will never return.

I went to this store twice today, there was nobody inside but it was open! I phoned while standing outside the store, no answer. It rang and rang. Frustrating! The guy came in just as I was leaving and said he was next door. I suggested he put up a sign or something he just smiled. l Will not waste my time here again.

I took a watch here to get it engraved on the back. It is a wedding gift for my fiancé so I was a little reluctant after reading the reviews, however, a watch repairer recommended Trident Key and said she had seen his work and it was really good. So I took a chance as there are very few places that can even do engraving on the back of watches because the stainless steel is a more difficult metal to engrave. I was extremely happy with both the work and the price. I would have no problem recommending this business to anyone wanting to get engraving done.

Over priced and hard to communicate. Initially the result looked ok, but after looking closer I realized the letters weren’t aligned which caused the entire line to look crooked. Quite unhappy.

I needed a key cut for my residence. I asked the employee what happens if the key does not work, would I be refunded? She told me yes, to just bring the key back for a refund. When I tried the key it did not work so I returned to the store a couple weeks later with the key and told her I did not work so I would like a refund. The employee then asked me if I would like her to try again using just a basic gold coloured key instead of one with a design on it because she said sometimes those work better. I said okay and then she proceeded to cut me another key. When I tried this second key it also did not work so I returned to the store for a third time. The same employee was their again and she asked me again if I would like her to try again, I was a little hesitant but was still in need of getting a second key for my home so I reluctantly said okay. Well this 3rd key still did not work so I returned to this store for the 4th time and I said to the employee this key doesn't work either and that I was tired of having to keep coming back and that I would just like to get a refund and would go elsewhere to get my key cut. She then said that she can't give refunds only her boss can and that he would be their the next day between 2-4, so could I return then? I returned the next day at 2pm and spoke with the owner who refused to give a refund, said store credit only! This is a terrible business, NO customer service whatsoever!!

Agreed. Do not go to this place. Terrible experience. Went in to have something engraved and came out to be crooked. The thing cost $20 but the workmanship is absolutely horrendous. They couldn't fix it and they don't give refunds. Totally felt scammed.

If you want to pay 95 dollars for 3 keys to be cut this is the place for you!!!! worker has terrible communication skills and is very rude. I would reccomend absolutely one to come here.

I dropped a item off and they returned it to me broken the next day. The staff said I could receive a refund, wich was promptly denied by the boss. He then claimed that they had not broken it. (Even thought it had been in their shop for the entire time. He refused to refund the item. I then got to sit and watch as he desperately tries to repair my item. During this time I got to see the horrendous customer service given here and how rude the owner can be. My item doesn’t even look very good and I just wish I had never shopped here. STAY AWAY, SPEND YOUR DOLLARS ELSEWHERE!

I took a baby frame in to have the baby's name and birth date engraved as a baby shower gift. I had to prepay $21.00 for the engraving. They put tape on the plaque to do the engraving and when he took the tape off some of the finish came off of the plaque and a bit off of the frame as well. This I may have been able to deal with but they asked me to leave the frame and he could see what he could do since I had another week before the shower. I went the following week and I was appalled at what they handed to me. I asked for my money back since the frame was clearly ruined from the "attempt" to fix it. I did not ask for a replacement for the frame, just the money that I paid them to "Ruin" the frame. The owner told me that he would not give me my money back since this was not their fault and to contact the frame company. How he figures that this is not their fault is beyond me. Needless to say that I had to go buy another baby shower gift as this one is now garbage. Do not go here!!!! Bad service and no business sense. I told the owner that I was going to the Better Business Bureau and he said to go ahead.

Do not get anything engraved here..you have to pre pay for it and if they screw up they take no responsibility and there goes your expensive item. Avoid this place and go somewhere where they know what they’re doing

I bought zippo lighter there, I paid it $ 43.99, but same mall another store sell it 29.99. I did engrave, so I can't refund. But I complained about selling price, they said they include engraveing service. But they advertised engraving service is free. I think the reason of engrave service is free, they don't receive refund. DON'T GO THERE!!!

When living in Langley I used this business regularly. My favourite employee didn't work there any longer. He knew exactly what I needed. Because English was not the owners first language we had some difficulty speaking on the phone. I texted the engraving I wanted so no spelling mistakes. The picture frame I wanted was not what I received but it will work. Not a bad mistake just different. Price good.
