We recently bought a new home, and needed to get new locks for the doors. They had a variety of options available, and once we made our selection they were quick and efficient making sure all the keys worked on all the locks. When I got home, I realized i needed a longer latch piece than was included, and when I went back they were able to set me up with the correct piece. It even required a little customization to make it work. Customer service was Tops, and I would definitely return for any security needs.

I have been to Tu-Dor Lock and Security three times in the last few months, and each time I have been blown away by their customer service. They fixed my car's overly sensitive alarm (something that I had previously been told was unfixable), they patiently walked me through my first purchase of a safe, and when I immediately locked the keys in that safe, they replaced it for me. They are friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and make pesky chores into something relatively fun. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

First day in town and I can't find the keys to my new place. 3 hours in the hot sun going through boxes, looking for the keys, I'm a sweaty mess, the front patio looks like a disaster, my new neighbours are worried about their property values plummeting.....
