After visiting a couple other places in town looking to get a spare camping trailer key cut, I called Key West and they had what I needed. The lady was friendly and very quick. She even looked at the original key and recommended some tips to keep the lock clean and operating properly!

They need to teach their staff how to drive when in a company vehicle. Whoever they have driving their minivan around Cochrane needs to be taught some defensive driving and common courtesy. Cutting people off, weaving in and out of traffic isn't good for the company's image when you have your name/logo on the side of your vehicle.

Very helpful and courteous staff. They are realistic with their recommendations. I was stranded in the woods with no locksmiths within a few hours drive, I called key west on Sunday morning and talked with the on call person for a few minutes. So glad they helped me with some basic info. This prevented me from wasting my time and i quickly diagnosed my problem.

I called, they cannot come a few blocks down the street for 4 or 5 days....never showed up, called and left 3 messages no one called back!!! called a company in Calgary, came out next day for the same $$ price!! AMAZING!!
