Very professional and friendly! I had accindently locked my keys in my trunk and they showed up in about 20 mins, got my car open then was able to get into my trunk. The guy even went out of his way to show me how to get my backseats down from inside my car! I would definitely recommend them!

Very unprofessional with little to no knowledge on locksmithing, bunch of poor quality individuals working out of their car on the side of the road. They can't even cut a key properly never mind changing locks. No professional billing. Etransfer or cash in hand candidatees. They will cause you more problems than resolution. Zero business ethics.. DON'T RECOMMEND PERIOD... NO...

Locked my keys in my car. They guy on the phone told me it would be 29.99 for the service call plus 45-85 depending on how difficult it was to unlock. Took the technician 30 seconds and charged me $130. Everywhere else would be a lot cheaper.

I highly recommend SOS Locksmith. He came in an emergency to fix a broken ignition in our minivan on a Friday night when I needed to leave at 4:00am the next day. I found out the ignition was broken at 5:30pm. Called him and he was in our driveway within 3 hours and had it fixed in under an hour after that. Everyone else I called said I was out of luck on such short notice. Or said tow it to our shop and we will look at it next week. The dealer quoted me at $1200 to repair. SOS fixed it for $250. Very professional and courteous. Properly assembled everything afterwards. Highly recommend.

Ben came out to our business and added a key code lock to our door. It should have been a one hour job, however there was a problem with our door, making the lock not work. Ben stayed until 8:00 pm to ensure we had the lock working right, the then sent a video showing how to use the lock so I could send it to our employees. He was pleasant and professional and updated us every 15-20 minutes as to the progress. I will now use this service for all my branch offices. These people provide outstanding customer service!

We bought a new house and scheduled an appointment with S.O.S Locksmith for two days after closing. On closing day, we had reason to believe the previous owner may not have given us all of their old keys, so we called S.O.S to see if they could come as soon as possible. They happened to be in the area, and arrived within five minutes of calling them. They were very proficient and professional at re-keying three deadbolts and installing a fourth deadbolt for us on short notice. We really appreciated their quick service, and would recommend them to anyone needing re-keying services.

Although I appreciate the fact I was able to obtain same day service, price was ridiculous. Residential door lock to be installed that took 15 minutes, if that. They didn't even have to remove old lock. I supplied new lock. $150.00. Yikes.
