Had them make a key for a van lock that had no key when I purchased it. The guy was super fast and great that time. Had to install a different door and been trying for two days to have the same thing done. I called and he'd told me to come on up, so I made the drive up to find out he'd taken off and wouldn't be back for hours. Was told to come up this morning so did and essentially the same thing. Not top happy after wasting my time on two days.

I thought I was going to have to get an entire new ignition with new keys but instead I came here to Hugos and got 2 keys for 58 bucks, and I got them within 10 minutes! My kid lost my keys and after the string of bad luck I had I'm just happy I don't have to wait until next Wednesday to be able to drive it. (That's how long the person told me it would take if they were redoing that part in my car). Thank you guys so much I couldn't be happier!

Of course locks, and door handles for your house, rekey, make keys, wish the were in the Keys, safes of all sizes, supplies, and yes flashlights too. Love my basic 600 lumens retro flashlight for my clothes closet to help me see color better and love the 1600 lumes rechargeable flashlight for going outside at night.

Lost the only key for a car. Contacted Hugo's and talked to Dustin and he explained what they could do for us. Later talked to Jim and he was able to make a key to see if that may work. The key worked, but the anti-theft device on the car would not allow to start the car. To save a few bucks I hauled the car to the shop and that is where Derrick was able to reprogram the key and make a second spare key. Awesome service and I appreciate the face mask that everyone was wearing. Truly professional service explained everything and what the costs would be each step of the way. Highly Recommend.

I lost my only set of truck keys and these guys came through in a pinch. Dealership cut me a key but my vin won’t allow self program. Hugos knowledgeable staff recognized the issue right away and had me back on the road in under 20 minutes from arrival. the dealership said it would be days to even get it in the shop and the cost would have been much higher.

The man who worked there on Saturday told me I couldn't program my key myself. He told me I'd have to get it towed there and pay to have it programmed by them. I told him I had instructions on how to program it and I was going to do it myself. He insisted I could not and said he was 99% confident I was wrong. Well, I was right and he was wrong. I programmed the key by myself and it's working perfectly.

Hugo's used to be a good, reputable business, but after my last experience I must say they have greatly disappointed me. After coming in for a duplicate key and finding it didn't work I had to return four times and finally take out the lock from my golf cart and bring it in to make sure it finally worked. There was not as much as an apology. If I had a business with that kind of result I would not only have apologized but given back the money. I probably spent twice as much in gas driving back and forth as the twelve dollar key cost me. They have lost my business. In response to their response, amazing that you only apologize of the inconvenience, not at any of my visits, but only when this goes public. Also, you NEVER told me to bring the lock in, I only did that after so many failed attempts and trips back and forth, that I alone decided to bring it.

Went in for a key to fit a utv. Significantly cheaper and in stock. Great place and the owner is usually there to help. Door locks, safes, and also a selection of different size key rings. If you need to carry a lot of keys he will have a ring big enough for you.
