Called because I was locked out of my house. Spoke to someone on the phone who said they will get someone out there ASAP, no mention of any pricing and charges. So I assume they technician will quote prices based on the lock. Guy shows up and goes straight to the lock and I stop him to ask about the price and says $160, which is $60 more than quoted by a different company. I tell him it is too much I don't want the service he says he can help me out and do $100 only in cash. I refuse because I would rather get a receipt and have everything documented because this is a new house. He then asks for a $60 service fees for coming to the house, I obviously refuse because there was no mention of any fees on the phone or on their website or any work done by him. I call them again and they say the same thing, they tell me that the $60 flat fee is "assumed" when you make the call. I refuse and the technician threatens to sue me repeatedly before he leaves. Don't be fooled by the reviews, they are very misleading, almost like they aren't real people at all.

just want to share my recent experience .Called The guy and he was here in 20 minutes which is good .Did the job which was to open the car to get the key which was left inside .The whole job took about 5 minutes . For payment he demanded 100 dollars if pay in cash and 115 with the master card .So i paid $115 . i think that's too much for a 5 minutes job.So i think the guy exploited the emergency situation and was very unreasonable .Attached is the receipt for this job

They could've charged me an arm and a leg. But I walked out after purchasing a new set of locks for my house and they came out and installed them for a extremely fair price.( I live out in St Andrews and normally service calls are extremely pricey. And I literally live 15 minutes outside the Primitive right on Main Street and normally they try and Tack on a 40 or $50 charge for that 13 km) I know that this is longer than most of my posts but I believe companies that go above and beyond should be noted and commended for doing an honest job at a nice price.

They came fast that's the only good thing. Guy on phone said between 180 and 240 tops technician comes out conveintly has just sold his last plain key for my car says he can give the one with the buttons for $390 plus $100 to program it!!! I say nope can't afford it, he says ok for plain one 300 and he has to come back in the morning. Come in call the office they say the person who first quoted me "didn't know prices well" and the price for plain key is 300 I was pissed and said that's $60 more than the highest I was quoted! She finally says ok how about the one with the buttons for $300? I agreed to this because I need to drive my car. Also I know the key fobs are around $100 to buy so I know key with the buttons right on it is expensive. When he finished he still wanted more than $300 and admitted the plain key would have been $180! I paid $300 and said have a good night!

I had brought my own new key fob that I purchased online and had it programmed in the morning. Then was having issues after getting it home where it stopped working. They sent someone to my house to try and fix it quickly. In the end I ended up having to buy another new key fob (no big deal) but Lockmish had the issue sorted by the end of the day. I appreciate how hard they worked to sort it out and how quickly they fixed it. Would 100% recommend!

My wife and I are a senior couple that for unforeseen circumstances are on EIA as well as being both partially disabled. I got locked out out of my house (again!). I tried to call them this time and I'm glad I did! Previously, another locksmith ended up breaking our doorknob to get us in. They did tried hard (our locks are hard to open) but I was worried we will need to break down this doorknob again. Locksmith Locksmith were able to open our door knob without breaking the locks or the doorknob itself. It was tough to open (I can tell) which Anton did mention was good! But he did an amazing job being able to use all his resources to make sure our knob is still functional before using the last resort of breaking it (he didn't have to, yaay!). Even gave us reminders to ensure we have back up plan incase we forgot our keys inside again... I am taking his advise! I'm glad I called them...

Excellent service that I've experienced with this business as a first-time customer. I needed key programming to be done and it was reasonably priced and done quickly, simple and easy. I've been looking to get my key programmed for nearly a month, but a lot of other locksmith services I sought out quoted the key programming service too high and said it would take several hours; I may as well have gone to the dealership at that point for the prices they were asking. Lockmish quoted me a base price and then factored in additional charges. They were very transparent and broke down the additional costs whereas the other places didn't bother and could've potentially charged me extra without providing me any reason beforehand. I was content with what they quoted me on so I set up an appointment to get the service done. I arrived 15 minutes early to drop off my vehicle and get picked up while they work on it. They started to work on it before my scheduled appointment and managed to finish in less than 10 minutes, before my ride even got there, so I was able to leave with my car. I highly recommend this business, they are definitely one of the better competitors in the market and if I ever need any locksmith services to be done in the future, I can definitely see myself coming back or recommending this business to my friends or anyone reading this review.
