I called this outfit (more like a racket) on a Saturday afternoon in August, as I had been locked out of the house because a small piece of the Weisser lock set that I had purchased broke inside the lock, and it could no longer be opened with a key. After taking my credit card information and assuring me they would be right out, they had a technician call me back a little while later and say they wanted to rebook for two days later as they didn't want to come out. I called back to the office line to speak with the owner, but apparently I had the "wrong number", even though I just hit redial. This company is shady at best, their business address doesn't exist, and their service is HORRIBLE. Do yourself a favor and don't ever call them if you actually need service in any kind of hurry. Clearly they are not the go to company that they advertise to be. They are associated with the Waterloo Locksmith as both phone numbers go to the same shady after hours call service that promises one thing, but delivers nothing. Unfortunately zero stars is not an option, but even that is too high for these guys. Your better to try a more reputable locksmith like Cote Locks that was able to come and finally fix the problem when this outfit did NOTHING !!!!
