I came in to get a key cut and right from the start the older gentleman was very rude. I am not sure why but it ended with him telling me to have a "nice day" in the most sarcastic tone he could muster. I must have caught him on a bad day but I will never go back... and I got home and the key did not work.

Very pleased with their service. Contacted Heather in the office yesterday and told her of my limited schedule and timing. Today, her locksmith arrived on time as scheduled. He was a really nice guy, did the work as needed, had everything there with him or in the truck. Repaired what could be repaired and replaced what needed replacing. Very pleased with them. I was changing locks, rekeying, and repairing locks and doing adjustments to all locks around the house..

I am known for locking myself out of my house so I gave my brother a spare key. When he moved, he misplaced my key, so when I locked myself out again I called Brightman's and they fit me into their schedule. The technician was very polite, funny and professional. I think it was Scott who helped us (the current owner anyways). Extremely professional. Helped us decide on good options for lock changes and rekeying for our whole house. Came out right when he said he would and performed the work quickly and well. We were completely ready to change out every lock but he gave us honest options about which should be changed, which need not be, and what is a good option for security. Definitely recommend.
