These guys did not show up for hours. The guy could not find the address so just left instead of calling for directions and went to another call. When we called back they said they thought he had already been here. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

These guys are literally the best. I own a small business with many keys, when we have had a problem, they have found a solution AND NOT CHARGED US. Always willing to go at a moment's notice and really know their product. If I could give them a 6 star I would.

Terrible customer service, they do not come prepared and go back and forth multiple times to get a simple job, according to them, done. Takes advantage of people when they have no other choice. To add to all this they also overcharged for the parts. PS- As I have researched more about this company I found that most of the 5 star reviews are from family, friends or employees.

Forgot my keys to my trailer. A-1 locksmiths answered their phone on a Sunday afternoon. Even though the shop was closed they asked me to meet them there in a half hour. They cut me two new keys. Although they could have charged me anything they gave me a reasonable price. I appreciate their help and strongly recommend their services.

Two stars for phone service: I can't speak to the service of the locksmith since after booking a service call and being told that a technician would call me, 24 hours later I still had not heard anything and nobody showed up for the appointment. I understand people are busy, especially tech who are out helping, but one call to touch base would have been appreciated.

Very unprofessional. I had locked myself out of my apartment and called for help. They were quick to answer and were very accommodating. They sent a locksmith over within the half hour. However, while he was on route, my homeowner managed to dig up a spare key so I called them to apologize and offer to pay a fee for the inconvenience. But before I could they said “Yeah, I’m sure you’re sorry!” and hung up. Very rude and condescending.
