Amazing Customer Service! Was throwing an event at Big White and was not sure if the event shipping container that was arriving from Toronto had the keys in it or not for the custom technology inside the event space. The team at Sunvalley stayed on call for me (even willing to come all the way to Big White after hours) just in case the keys weren’t there. The keys ended up being in the container but it was great to know I had the back up needed if we were in a tough spot! Can’t say enough great things about the team at Sunvalley.

I called Sunvalley Locksmith in Kelowna because I could hardly lock or unlock my apartment door with my key and was worried if I didn't get somebody to fix it soon I would not be able to get in my apartment. John from Sunvalley Locksmith answered and I explained my problem. He was amazing! I can't say enough about how much I appreciated his help! He said that I didn't need to have a locksmith come to my house. That I just needed to go to any store that sells silicone lube and spray the lock. Sounds simple but the point is that he could have decided to come out at great expense to me (this was Saturday). He took the time to explain what type of product to get, how to administer it effectively, and to keep in touch with him. I called him from the store as there were many similar products and he helped me pick the right one. He then sent me instructions via text message to make sure I did it right. It worked!! I am only telling half the story to save time. Bottom line, John was incredibly helpful, spent time with me over the phone and via text to make sure I was successful, he went way beyond what would be expected by any professional in that line of business and deserves high recognition for his kindness and helpfulness. We had a problem with our Sentry Safe that we had purchased from Costco this afternoon. The handle came off when we tried to unlock the safe! I called Sunvalley Locksmiths and spoke with John Sutton. It is Sunday; but, John offered to come out right away. While I was talking to John on the phone, my husband was able to open the safe by jamming the handle back in place. John had us photograph the safe door and handle mechanism and over the phone he was able to explain to us that a clip was missing from the back of the handle. We found the clip and now the handle seems to be working properly. However, we are going to return the safe as we don't want that to happen again. John was courteous, professional and solved our problem! Thank you so much John! We will be in to your store to look for a better quality safe!

Today i found one of their keys laying in the dirt on Petch Rd. I have never seen a key like this before, its heavy and has strange circular notches on it. Says T52 on one side and 236 on the other.
