I was completely panicked and last minute locked my keys in my trunk. It was next to an impossible task since its a fob oriented lock. John quickly arrived and gave me several options. Was super, super knowledgeable and generous. He was super persistent, and optimistic even though I was positive it would be super difficult/near impossible to grab my keys. Let alone in the trunk! He gave me several pieces of advice incase we were not able to grab the keys. Didn't matter anyway because by some miracle he was able to extract after continuously trying. Really, really appreciated the help and would recommend him to anyone!

He'd spent the weekend researching options, but because the safe was a very old model, this was the only choice. We didn't have the tools so we opted to have him just came right now. John was at our place within 15 minutes and had us in and the lock replaced in less than 30.
