Terrible store and customer service, very expensive, unreliabl service, I bought two brand new bedroom door knobs. Over the weekend, when I wanted to install those, i realized that there is no latch in any of them. Obviously someone at store took it off. When I wanted to return those to store, the store deducted 15% inventory fee and they don't accept that latches were not in the box at the beginning. I am not a lier. Your store has some problem. Also all the locks doesn't work smoothly since i used this store to rekey those. They are not responsible and provide poor service that cost too much. It was better to buy brand new locker with the same cost and save so many unnecessary trips to store. Even one star is too much. If you wanted to buy any brand new product from them, for sure you can buy better quality with better price at other stores. If you need to buy, make sure to check your purchase first to ensure everything is in the box.

I have a disabled patient whose door wouldn't latch or lock and blew open in middle of the night etc. . she paid someone to fix it and got scammed. she has no more money to get door fixed and so I called Ray at Rays locksmith told him about her and he did not hesitate to say he would go volunteer his time to fix the door and put a deadbolt on it! Thank you Ray so much!! There is still kindness in the world.

I have nothing good to say about the owner Ray of this business. I have tried unsuccessfully to get some service from this person as my property needs to be rekeyed. He had asked me to provide details to him via an email after a couple of phone calls. He had told he would be get on tending to that email after a couple more polite calls on my part. I understand when someone is busy, but when they say they have time now and don't deliver it's very frustrating. I just called him again ,5th time as a reminder, over the course of a week, and he hung up,I believe. Apparently he doesn't need my business. I have tried another 5 times and get voice mail. If he wasn't interested in my business, JUST SAY SO. One star is the least you can rate otherwise I'd give it a zero.. He also is now a City councilor according to his voicemail. I sure don't think I'd be voting for him either

Locked my keys in my truck, so I googled for a locksmith. Im not from kamloops and had to leave that same night, so waiting for the morning was not an option. It was 4:58, and all the other shops were closing at 5. Not Ray's, thank God, I was seriously ready to break my window. Anyways I called him, he answered right away and had my keys back in my hand all within 25 min. Fantastic. Nice guy. Quick service.

Jamie came to my residence on a Saturday before starting work to rekey a couple of locks & it turned out there was more to be fixed and he was able to do this without having to leave or delay. Afterwards there was one minor thing to be resolved and Jamie came to my residence during the week after his day was done. Jamie was very professional and pleasant.

Wouldn't hire any other locksmith. Ray heard about a sweet elderly lady in the community who's front door would not stay closed. She could not afford to have it fixed but Ray showed up and fixed it the day he heard about it and did it for free out of the goodness of his heart. Very appreciative for people like Ray.
