Friendly, excellent service! I brought my bike in to repair and it was fixed very promptly with no lingering issues. The staff were friendly and made sure everyone was being looked after. The charge for repairing one brake line was a little steep, but I don't mind to pay a little more for good work :)

I bought my bike here and happy I did. The staff were helpful, friendy and informative. They did not try to upsell me but rather get me the appropriate bike for my needs. After sale support has been great. They give free service for a year and do so happily. The store is conveniently located near the bike path just on the Tranquille side of the Overlander bridge.

Norkam is an excellent bikestore. But for locksmithing, try somewhere else. I tried to duplicate a broken car key, but I was flatly told they were not going to risk their machine trying to cut a blank (that I supplied) because it was an unknown metal. It is like they don't even want to be in business.
