This company is horrible. The owner paul sold me a key fob for my truck and a month later it doesn't work at all. And he refuses to do anything about it $300 down the drain dont waist your hard earn money with these ppl they are scammers please dont trust them.

I called to get a key made Friday morning. The gentleman gave me a price. He asked for me to provide my vin number to make the key. I did. I even sent him a picture of the vin number. He told me that he got my key code after a few hours and he asked me for my address. I told him I was currently at work but I get off around 7pm . I live in Beaumont but work in Port Arthur . He then said OK, I'll have him make the keys I'll have him text you his information he's at a Port Neches a Nederland area. After I got off I called again and there was a new guy who told me that they didn't make my key. The gentleman never text me or followed up from Nederland area. I told him I have been talking to a gentleman prior to him who said he was making my key. I told him I was provided an amount and that I was told I could get a copy of my key made. He told me that the gentleman I was speaking to had to go to a wedding and that he was taking over for him over the weekend. I then messaged the first gentleman and he said he didn't think I needed a key anymore. I never said I didn't need a key. Why would he think that. I told him I still needed the key. He then said he would get his tech to call me. It is now Monday morning and still nothing. I will never call this company or refer anyone to get anything because I had a horrible experience.

These guys got me out of a bind. They do good work. Very respectful and easy to deal with. They did the best they could with my car as it is hard to program a key. They still owe me a fob but will I will update this review with the results of that when I receive it.

The gentlemen that helped us out were very helpful. We have a 2017 turn-key vehicle and lost our last set of keys and locked ourselves out of the car. They were able to come to our home, open the car and made us some replacements. Though the process took a couple of days due to a holiday, ordering the key, and technical issues, it was clear to us that they were, nonetheless, proficient and determined to give us resolution. Every time we reached out, they would answer, or at least call us back within a few minutes. They have a genuine approach to their craft and it shows that they want to help. Definitely recommend!

Charges 90 for foreign cars, even though he uses same process on American cars save your money buy 15 dollar bag kit on Amazon.

Called to have someone come out and help unlock some doors, some man answered and said he would give my number to “his guy” and told me to stay by the phone. No one ever called me. I even had someone else call to see if they’d call them back, & nothing. Thank god we got it figured it ourselves but these are not reliable people.

My daughter lost her key to her car. The locksmith came out about an hour later and was very helpful and my daughter received a new key. The locksmith was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

My daughter accidentally locked us out Saturday, the night before Easter, during COVID-19 quarantine and this gentleman answered the call immediately, handled the quote by pictures and text and we were in our house within 30 minutes. I called a few others before finding him, they weren't clear on price and didn't seem as ready to provide customer service as he was. Excellent service. I'm saving his number for future calls.

Paul came to the house to rekey my automobile door locks and trunk because my replacement keyless entry remote would not work on the car and fixing the car's transponder was going to be more expensive than a rekey job. He was polite and professional and did an excellent job.

I needed someone to come and unlock my 2013 explorer doors and even my AAA service didn’t want to come in a timely fashion, but when I called Triangle Locksmith they came within 15 mins and the service was fast and friendly at a reasonable price. I’ll defiantly be saving their contact info for future binds.

Response time was good, less than 15 minutes, the tech was friendly and very efficient (he had my door open in less than a minute). The only negative and the reason I gave them 4 stars not 5, was that they will only take cash. The tech was willing to take me to an ATM to get the cash, but to me that seems very behind the times and inconvenient given there are so many relatively inexpensive software options available to be able to take card payments via cell phones, etc.
