BEYOND rude. I wish I could give zero stars. We called twice and the phone picked up but no one responded. He then called us back and first thing yelled “YOU CALLED TWICE, THIS IS RICHMOND HILL LOCKSMITH, WHAT DO YOU WANT??!!” My husband responded so nicely with a yes sir, we just called with no response, we were just wondering your rates, but then I quickly said, “but we don’t want your services anymore” and hung up. Such a horribly rude person.

Richmond Hill Locksmith, was so fast. When I stopped at a gas station on our way to Florida, and locked my keys in the car, Richmond Hill Locksmith was the first to answer the call. His rate was so cheap, and got us back on our trip in no time at all! If we were local, we would use this locksmith for any keying project for sure!

I call and got a price for estimate, the tech arrives and then the price changes from a 29.00 service call to a 69.00 service call because he had to look at the handle!!! Are you serious??? Then they wanted another 369.00 to fix a door handle and another service and labor charge. They are a rip off, Will not use them paid them the 69.00 but will not call them back.

Guy can't hit the unlock button on a 2013 toyota very rude ended up ripping tools out and leaving. Left interior scratched up couldn't even get the job done just call coastal lock smith pro in richmond hill aswell much better tools to get the job done and attitude is Great, fast as well was there in 10mins

Keys were locked in trunk of car and although we didn’t use his service, he was happy to come out on Easter Sunday and see if he could unlock. If he couldn’t, there wouldn’t be any charge. How much better can you get
