This is my second time using Lock&Smith Inc. I used them for a second time because the 1st experience was great. They were able to fix another locksmiths mistake. Rates were very reasonable. They were on time and very friendly. Knew exactly what they were doing. Other locksmith probably wasn't licensed but they are. The service person this time was Oz, and he is great. Will be using them for all future needs!

Had an opportunity to speak with these guys and experience a level of quality service you do not normally find. I cannot imagine calling another company, whether in a pinch or for a simple fix. If I could rate 6 stars I would today. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The guy said he would be there in 15 mins, an hour and a half later he showed up after endless excuses and tried to charge $120 to unlock my car! Don't even bother with these crooks! STAY AWAY

I love this locksmith team. The answering service answered my call after the third ring. I called many other 24hr locksmiths before calling this one and NO one answered those calls. I was very thankful this locksmith answered! They told me they would be at my car in 20mins and they were. They were so friendly, it took the tech maybe 20 mins at the most to unlock my car. The best part about it was that it did cost me nothing because my insurance covers the cost for roadside assistance!! I recommend this locksmith over all the rest.

They answered right away...thats the only good thing about this company. The good reviews MUST be friends & family. The price quoted was $175 to unlock my car. Everyone else's price was $45-60. Based on the reviews, looks like they are courteous to 'certain' people AND base their prices on what they see you have at/in your home. Scallywags!crooked!!! Open my car door myself.

I called yesterday to have someone come out and make a key to my company truck. They quoted me 90.00.....great price!! Dispatch explained they would be there at 530 two hours later I called and she explained he was in route.....2 hours she explained he's on his way, it's 9:45pm I call back and no answer. Wow that's terrible to lie to a customer and have them wait. They never showed!!! I called this morning to get some sort of explanation and no answer. Call a reputable place and pay the extra 10.00 dollars, believe me it's not worth this. When you tell a paying customer your coming and don't show, or even call yo tell them ypur not coming, its bad business. If you have a lock out and stuck somewhere, Do not call these guys.Please don't post back something happened or come up with excuse, that's why you have dispatch. It's someone's job to call your customer and let them know.

Very poor customer service,called and waiting for over seven rings before anyone picked up. When asked foe service was put on hold over 7 minutes then was disconnected. When tried calling back numerous times after one ring the line would be picked up the hung up.If minus stars could be available there would negative stars given

The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice, however after they confirmed an appointment and had all my details, 3 hours later I was calling them trying to figure out if anyone was in fact coming. After declining my calls for an hour or so I got someone to answer who told me it was too late in the day and maybe they would come tomorrow or the next day. Unacceptable.

These guys are great! Previous review was four stars due to the great work that Lock&smith provided, but I'm updating my review due to enhanced customer service from oz call earlier today. When I initially called, oz thought I needed to have my locks changed in a rush and he really did make that happen. If that's what I needed the price charged would have been fair and the service exemplary. After reading my first review oz realized that it wasn't rush service that I needed so he took the time to call me to offer excellent customer service. He called to explain what had happened and offered a refund to make my charges coincide with my expectations. My experience has shown that I do not have to look any further, Lock&smith is in my phone and will be my first (probably my only) choice for any locksmith work I'll need from now on. Thank you Lock&smith. INC

I had a great experience today! The service was fast, and efficient. I called at 2:00 and the service man was here in about 20 minutes. The lady on the line was very friendly and I appreciated ozzy , humor and patience with retrieving my keys from the car though it was not the easiest and it was a very warm day. I would call or recommend lock and smith INC if the need arose again.

This morning I found that the deadbolt on my front door would not unlock. After looking online, I chose SETX Lock&smith was my choice for repairing the problem. Within 20 minutes OZ Tech No 27 was at my house. He was courteous, efficient and totally knew what he was doing! I will definitely recommend LOCK&SMITH INC to my friends and family.

Not really happy what i got for $95. Which was re-key 2 deadbolts KA, 1 key, factory cut. The dude showed up in a car, late . And couldn't make copies. Not to mention master key is difficult to work both locks.. copies dont operate 1 of the locks.. And had to file master and copies to work like they are now..

I locked myself out of my house when I went to the garage to get clothes out of the dryer. I called, and they were at my house within 30 minutes, and my door was unlocked in another 15. They were professional and obviously skilled. 10/10 will call again if needed.

Call them at night talk to dispatch she rushing me off the phone I'm TRYNA get price by telling her make an model she quoted me price an when they got there price was way different then said it was my fault an she don't quote prices... I figured if I tell u make an model u tell me what I need... then after I told the manager about his self he got mad an told the man not to do it like I'm hurt u don't want MY MONEY... poor customer service an bad attitude

Lock & Smith Inc are the best company I have ever had a pleasure of doing business with. They helped me out so much whenever I locked my keys in the car. They were very fast getting to me and the dispatcher was very sweet and assured me that they would be there very soon! The locksmith was very professional and very nice. Brandon was unable to pick my lock so he told me I had to purchase a new bold lock. I purchased a new bolt lock. Then he told me the manufacture put the wrong bolts in the box with the bolt lock. So, I had to go back to get the correct bolts. Brandon told me I had to pay him before I left because he JD another call, but he would come back when he finished his other job and put the dead bolt back on. I went back to Lowe to tell them Brandon the locksmith said the bolts were two big to go into the whole. The young guy open the chamber in the lock and laid the bolts in place and put the lock in position to put it in the door. I called Brandon as he asked me to and told him I had the and Lowe had put the bolts in place and the lock was ready to put in. He said if I didn’t get another lock other than the smart lock he would not come back to complete the job because it was a waste of his time. He read me the rules on the receipt he gave me when he demanded to be paid before I left to return the lock. I paid him$105.00 with his promise he would return to complete the job as I added to the receipt his words to return. I’m disputing this transaction for work not done and refusing to return to complete the job. He said he get sorry for me because my lights were cut off and he was just going to charge me for the service call,but he didn’t he charged the price for replacing my lock. He also left my house open and unprotected. This is suppose to be a licensed locksmith company. I called Nederland but my call was picked up but they hung up in my face and the rest of the time I negotiated no answer and the phone wasn’t set up for taking messages. This was a nightmare for me!

Be cautious!!! The dispatch told me a set price and when thw lock smith arived he charged an extra 30 $ for gas. The office is 5 minutes from where i was located.If they would havelet me know the gas would also be added to the price I would appreciate it.

Me and my mom were in a trip road from La to Huston , we stop at the gas station and we forgot the key inside the car and the car was locked . we called to the locksmith and the tech arrived after 10 min , we pay only 65$!! Graet service

It was a Sunday afternoon. I was on the Bolivar Peninsula riding my ATVs with my son. Somehow my ignition key came off my key ring & out of my zipped up Fannie pack. I bet I called a hundred locksmiths. PopALock was just over the ferry at Galveston & REFUSED to come help me. I called these guys & they came to my rescue. Their fees was comparable to the dealer's fees. Made me an extra key at no charge & I was on my way in under an hour!!!!! Thanks guys!!!

Horrible customer service. When originally called this morning we were told 15 mins and 25 mins later he still wasn't here. We initiaed another call and was told did we not realize it was breakfast time and he was eating. After $101.76 for only 2 mins worth of work we still do not have our keys and he's gone. The keys are in the trunk and he did not even attempt to offer a solution. Worst service and will not recommend.

Dispatcher was nice. Locksmith also was nice and arrived in less than 15 mins. That is all that was good about this service. I locked my keys in the back of my work van. I told the driver many times that they were in the back and you can't access the back of the van from the front compartment. Despite that, he spent 30 minutes picking the front lock, just to find out that he had to pick the back compartment lock. After the long waste of time, I had my keys in hand, ready to pay and leave. The dispatcher told me it would be $65 for the service, which I felt was a fairly high price, and instead I was raped for $135. This was not a professional business transaction in any way. Call another locksmith.

It took about 30 minutes to show up and then he quoted me a price of $115.00 , I assume he quoted that price because he saw that I worked for Jefferson County. I called another locksmith and hee was here in 20 minutes with a quote over the phone for $35!

I scheduled an appointment a day ahead for 9 o clock and it's already noon and no locksmith. For paying nearly 300 I'm infuriated. They kept saying im next but still no show. WOULD NoT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. UPDATE different locksmith came, and said that this guy does not know what he's doing at all. GO TO THE DEALERSHIP IT'S CHEAPER and actually works.
