I this is an updated review. I used Jim to change barrelled on front and back door as I was due to move in. Jim cam on good friday. He changed the locks all was well so it seemed. Last week I took the back door key out out of the lock and it was bent. I did nothing to it, just bent. I contacted Jim yesterday and explained the situation. He agreed to come and check the the key today. Text Jim this afternoon to check where he was and what time he would be arriving. Jim text back to say I must have bent it given it was not bent when he left it. He went onto to say he had changed many keys over the years none were bent. My ? To him was maybe I used super powers?? By the same token I had changed many keys over the ears none were bent. I was very disappointed by his stance as it showed a lack of integrity and assuming I had caused damage to the key as opposed to possibility the key was faulty after 6 months! Hence I will never use again nor recommend. Not a good way to retain customers.
