It's memorial day, tried to get someone to come unlock my car they said it would be $128 I called someone else it was $40. don't let them scam you. D&M locksmith is inexpensive, very friendly and affordable especially for a single mom on a budget. I work on memorial day too, it doesn't mean I raise my prices for my clients.

Felts lock provides some of the best customer service a customer can experience. What would be your ideal of the best customer service ? I guarantee if you choose Felts when you need a locksmith your going to experience that and even more. I came in told them the issue I was having with my key they were awesome and broke it down to the science explaining the issue and told me they'd try to fix it and if they couldn't they'd only charge a very small fair fee when no other locksmith would. The place and it's environment was nice as well. Really enjoyed my whole experience.

I have excellent entry locks. However, the key quit working and I couldn't lock the door again when leaving. Thought I could fix it myself, but couldn't. Took it into Felts, where they quickly repaired the lock. When I couldn't figure out how to reinstall the lock, they came out and quickly got it installed for me. The response was immediate. On another occasion, I lost the keys to my camper. Again, the response was immediate and I was on my way with a new set of keys. I've always been pleased with my interactions with Felts Lock.

It shouldn’t take 10 months and 5 trips to the business to get a key fob. Came and paid up front. They called that it was ready. I returned and they treated me rudely, took care of customers behind me and then said it got too late and programmer went home. After complaining, he said he would do it. Then he returned to say there was no one on the other end of the phone to give him a program nunber. Returned during business hours and they couldn’t find my fob. Then got a call they located it. Sent my son with my vehicle to get it programmed and they could not get it programmed because they received a defective fob and have to get another one. Called and asked about my part. They have record of my payment but they have no fob in inventory for my Jeep. Spoke with a nice lady in the office. It’s been 10 months now. She had the fob overnighted and called to say it was in, and transferred me to service who told me to drop in any time. So I did. The lady said she couldn’t do it that the male employee had to. He was with another customer, so she took the guy behind me. When the male employee freed up, he said he doesn’t do them and to wait for another employee to become available. He took three separate customers, all of whom came in after I did. I sat here listening to the lazy employee be nasty to an older gentleman who had been given incorrect information by another employee who is apparently home sick today. She was not nice to this gentleman. Just rude and disrespectful. Explore alll other options. 6th trip to Felts. They couldn’t program key fob because they need numbers off registration. This is apparently new in the last month, although I spoke to the installer this morning who said to just bring it by...and nothing was said about needing drivers license and registration. Had my license. Registration at home, so will have to make trip #7 to Felts. My money from 10 months ago was refunded. Will do business with the vehicle dealership. This is ridiculous and an absolute waste of multiple hours. So much dysfunction with one place of business.

Dropped off an old century safe approximately two years ago to attempt an unlock. Have called multiple times about the safe and have never received a straight forward answer or call back on the status of the safe. At this point I assume it’s either been sold or at an employees house.

Had a key I wanted made. They were made got home and they didn't work. They redid them. Brought home and still didn't work. I know if I had taken them back I could have either gotten my money back but live in Posey county So it is a 30 minute drive one way and I just don't get to the east side of Evansville to make it worth it. Used to be any key they made worked the first time. Next time I will just take them to Ace Hardware or someplace closer

I purchased a used car)Ford) from DPatrick and in spite of saying the car came with 2 SmartKeys,they could supply only one. The very helpful salesman suggested Felts. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with a cut and programed 2nd key and I also purchased a 2nd lock/unlock keyfob at a very reasonable price,compared to others.(I called around) I got fast courteous professional friendly service and reasonable pricing. What more could one ask for? I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Ordered a new key for a used 2017 Toyota Camry. I needed a master key programmed. Before ordering, I was assured that they would be able to program the key. The gentleman that placed my order even went to his scan tools and verified that it could be done. After key came in I went back to get it programmed. They told me it would take about 30 minutes which was totally fine. After about 15 minutes they said it can't be done. They were afraid that they would brick my car so they stopped. I went ahead and purchased the cut, non-programmed key so that someone else could hopefully do this besides the dealer. I was disappointed as they were very confident with their ability to perform this service, then all of a sudden, they couldn't. So, I ended up paying $50 for a key and will need to wait weeks for the dealer to program it for almost triple what Felts quoted me. Only reason I didn't rate this a 1-star is that they were very nice and didn't "brick" my car.

Amazing customer service!!! We needed our lock replaced on our front deadbolt and he installed it, rekeyed all of the locks on our whole house so we only need one key for them all and even fixed a few little details he noticed weren’t right! Great attention to detail, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful!!! Definitely would Recommend and will always use!!!!
