I lost a key for a 1986 Honda motorcycle and they were able to help me out. I simply brought them the ignition tumbler from my bike and they were able to, very quickly, make a new "original" and a duplicate. I hope I never need their services again but if I do, that's where I'm going.

Let me just say Tom is world class, a gentleman and a scholar. Was locked out of my apartment (100% undoubtedly my girlfriends fault) on a frigid Saturday morning, facing the possibility of frostbite and starvation, when I called Tom at Atlas Locks. Minutes after hanging up the phone he arrived triumphantly, with a warmhearted demeanor and speedy, professional service, the likes of which I doubt the world has ever seen. This man could unlock the gates to Buckingham Palace. Will be purposely locking myself out just to use his services again.

Atlas came out late on a Friday night to unlock our front door for our house sitter after we had changed the locks and forgotten to give our sitter a new key. We were driving through Missouri and on the phone with our sitter while the man from Atlas unlocked our front door. They were quick to get to the job and did an oustanding job.

Getting ready to take my second batch of locks back to the store. The first batch was supposed to all keyed the same none of them were. Second batch got to the third door last lock and it doesn't work. I can unlock with key but other knob doesn't work and won't work when you turn the handle
