Convenient location near downtown. Hours varied due to COVID but they were able to arrange an appointment. Needed to cut some keys. I had already gone to Home Depot and Rona without success. This business was able to get the job done! In and out in less than 10 min.

WOW i cant say enough good things about this beauty if a store, first off i went three time to canadian tire they had cut the key wrong three times it was an older man at A-tech and it took literally seconds and the best part the back of the store is a shoe shop privately owned and I loved every minute of it. Polite, Great service and my new go to place^_^

Crooked. The guy there charged me $10.50 to have three simple keys cut (multiples of what the other guy at the same store charges for the same kind of keys) and then he shorted me and purposely gave me the wrong change. I knew it was on purpose because the change he gave me was not the kind where you just grab the wrong bill. He gave me the complete wrong change that would make no logical sense if it were done by accident. I guess he just held back two toonies and hoped I wouldn't notice. I didn't notice until I left the store. When I came back and confronted him he didn't deny it but just grinned and said "okay, okay" and gave me the rest of the money. Never going back. It's only four bucks but a crook is a crook. At least the keys worked.
