Absolutely state of the art tools, machines, right at the door, and best service I have ever had in Saskatoon for locksmith service. I had my keys locked in my car for a month because no other company could break into my car and I was very stressed I would never get into my car again without breaking a window but then I was referred to Ken over at this business and he did a phenomenal job getting into my car and on top of that saved me from a scam at the dealership and made me 2 keys. I would recommend this company to anyone in Saskatoon and anywhere they go and they are so affordable and won't cost you a fortune!

Phoned and asked for a quote for him to come out to Martensville. Extremely reasonable prices, prompt, professional service, and many different services for any lockpicking need you might have. The locksmith was very nice and personable, stopped by and had a good chat while he was here. Knows lots about his craft, and how to use the technology to stay current. Ken is very experienced and professional at what he does. He has all the latest security software and tools. I was ready to give up and get my car towed to the dealership, but Ken knew he could program my car keys and did not give up. He successfully programmed my car keys, even after coming out to meet me at my car, more than once. I highly recommend Ken's services; he is very reasonable with his prices, and he doesn't back down from a challenge. Ken is very flexible with his schedule, and was able to help me right away.

I typically don't post reviews but this experience needed to be shared. I contacted Shearline for rekeying services. The gentleman told me he would call before coming out. Unfortunately he didn't, so I wasn't expecting him to come when he did. By the time I got to the door, he was about to drive away. When he got into the house, the first thing he asked me was if I had keys. I told him I didn't. He became visibly irritated and started to complain that because I didn't have keys he'd have to pick 4 locks and I had got 'a really good deal' etc. I tried to explain that he hadn't mentioned the need for keys in any of our prior communications and that the whole reason I called him was because I'd lost my keys but he cut me off saying "you're still talking." I was genuinely surprised - all his reviews were very positive so I definitely was not expecting this attitude. I ended up just thanking him for his time and asking him to leave. Even then, he continued talking about the 'good deal' I was getting until I closed the door. Maybe he was having a bad day or maybe he had something else going on. Either way, I will not be using or recommending his service.
