Contacted DW about getting my business door fixed last week. Said that he would try to make it but he was busy. (that is understandable). I called him at the end of the day and he said that we would not be able to make but he would be by after the weekend on Monday to assist. I never herd from him that following Monday. I called him that following Tuesday and he said he forgot but that he would be by in a Hour. After a hour passed he still was not there. We waited till the end of the day and still did not show. He didn't even call to let us know he was not coming after he said that he would be by within a hour. Poor business ethics. We will not contact this Unprofessional again. If you don't want business, just say so.

I don’t usually write reviews but I am so impressed with this service I wanted to let everyone know! I locked my keys in my car and due to the type of car it is, we were not able to get it unlocked. I called DW and he came immediately and got my car open in a very short period of time. Very reasonably priced too!! He was very kind also, even gave me an ink pen!

I had a Volkswagen car that we used the wrong key to start it (dont do that) it through a anti theft code .....nothing on the internet to reset the immobilizer worked .... was told had to haul it to dealership in Okc. ..... .. called DW Lock and key first glad I did .... he came to the car and plugged his computer in and reset it for me ...... awsome saved me money and a trip.to okc

Locked myself out of my vehicle on a Sunday at church. Called two other places-both closed on weekends. Googled and found DW lock and key, called and left a message. Within five minutes, Daniel was calling me back making arrangements to come unlock my vehicle, which he did in a matter of seconds once there. Nice and friendly. I wouldn't go any where else for this kind of expertise. Daniel is quick, smart, and very knowledgeable. He doesn't play games. He gets the job done fast! It is such a relief to see his van coming when you've been stranded! He is honest, fair and will bend over backwards to help you out! I know because he sure helped my husband and me when our key wouldn't start the car! Another time he unlocked our car for us when we accidently locked our keys in the car. He is a good Christian man. He will do right by you. So thankful he was able to come to our rescue! (I posted only 1 star- it should be 5 stars- I made an error when rating with stars! He deserves 5 stars!! I'm trying to correct this).

Contacted DW Lock and Key to have a key made for my toolbox. Gave the key info and the company said they couldn’t find a key number on a Kobalt tool box. Sales man did not care about assisting with the lock. I guess it wasn’t a big enough job. Don’t expect this company to get back to you or assist with your key and lock needs unless you are going to spend a lot of Monet with them. No customer service values at all.

Called them around 0830 and Daniel was here and out within 3 hours the same day. I have a keypad lock and needed not only a new battery but the lock was sticking badly on both the outside and inside. He was able to replace the 9V battery, made the adjustments and clean up the work area in a professional and timely manner. Very happy with the service.

Called the gentleman who owns this company on Thursday September 2nd. Said he would be over to our store before close. He called me later and said he was home and done for the day. I asked if he would be at our store on Friday. He never showed up. It is now Sept. 8th and no call no show. Learned my lesson. Will never use this guy and will tell everyone I know not to as well.
