I understand Trinity Bible Chapel was your client. However, you promptly respond to judge order & RCMP call to change the locks on your own client, a church in your community. You participate to this illegal act (infiinging on my freedom of worship). And you have no excuse that "somebody else would have took the call anyways". It feel you did betray your client & your community. This will not age well with you. You had a chance to keep a clean conscience, but you failed. I have been dealing with G&A Lock for decades. They have always provided excellent service for a fair price. I'm appauled that they are being attacked by members of Trinity Bible Chrurch for being contracted to change the locks of their building because the church members can't respect the public health measures of a pandemic. If you read the 1 star ratings you will notice they are without merit. I have flagged all the 1 star reviews of the last 48 hours as INAPPROPRIET on the grouds of "conflict of interest". I recommend you do the same once you look at the nature of the 1 star rating.

The purpose of this 5 Star review is point out the fact that G&A are professional and unbiased in conducting business. One sad reviewer pointed out they recently choose profit before "sense" (or thereabouts, not ver batim) by locking the doors (by order of the police) on Trinity. Well, would Trinity not be breaking the law for profit themselves? Pretty sure that little collection basket was still going lap to lap each week. Hell as an electrician myself I get the good guy/bad guy act.....when I pull your meter or install it. But c'mon. Online bashing of a business doing what they do is petty, juvenile and a bad example to our kids. Good job parents. Bash a company you have had no personal experience with, online, hidden behind your IP address.

I needed a copy of the emergency door key from my Fob on my 2013 Nissan Altima. I called Nissan dealer and they recommended G&A Lock. CTC couldn’t do it. I stopped in and was served immediately even as 2 other customers were being served at the counter. Service Person cut the key and insisted that he check the key by trying it on my car out in the parking lot. Amazing service for $5 plus HST. These guys do good work, changed my locks a year ago.... Glad they locked the church doors as asked. They are staying neutral in the issue, which shows professionalism. If gatherings don't spread the virus then why is it spreading? Of course large gatherings spread it ! Bought a Schlage Camelot matching lockable door handle & dead bolt. Had to order due to this not being a common item for G&A to stock. Took about a month to get but was worth it. I refinished my door and it looked great except for the dated handle. The installation went perfect as my existing door is from 1958 and had to be drilled to fit the new handle. The installer did a great job and my door looks like new.

When I moved into my house almost 5 years ago I was given one key to a house that had 4 different locks (2 doors with 2 different locks each). It was a bit of a nightmare trying to get inside that first day! I immediately went to G&A and not only got matching locks in all necessary places, but I also got FABULOUS, new, coordinated hardware. They were very helpful in explaining the various options and combinations that I could do with the hardware that was available and they were fast and professional, making sure that I felt safe in my new home as quickly as possible. My family has been going to these guys for years and I don't see that changing any time soon - regardless of how many 1 star reviews the vengeful, ignorant, lawbreaking, disgruntled churchgoers want to leave. (other business owners may want to take note of the folks leaving those 1 star reviews....may not wanna do business with those folks, or Trinity Bible Chapel in the future!)

The Trinity church goers are selfish narcissists who could hold a service over Zoom, but, instead, choose to cry about a lockdown that they’re elongating through their refusal to follow. They call people “sheep,” while participating in organized religion and every other aspect of society that relies on that mentality in order to function properly. They also go on to call people “snowflakes” while crying about staying home and wearing a surgical mask to protect themselves from potential harm. I will be supporting this business in the future due to their respect of Canadian law, and locks that are surely of great quality. G&A Lock and Security provided all of our locks, keys, and fixed our broken front door knob by finding a sixty year old replacement knob to replace our broken doorknob that was also was sixty years old. When we bought our house we did not have proper locks on some exterior doors. G&A fixed that. Some of the exterior doors were swollen shut. G&A fixed the doors and we have never had a problem with those doors again. We had gaps and needed weather stripping to be installed an G&A was happy to fix that problem too so that car exhaust could not enter our new house. All of these lock and door repairs were done quickly and with a high level of professional and personal customer service. We didn't have to worry because G&A made our fixer upper house secure from when we first took possession of the property. I would recommend G&A to anyone who needed their services. I haven't had to have G&A back because they fixed our doors up seven years ago but when I need a locksmith again, they will be the only one that I call.

In summary excellent, professional and fair price. Amazing old fashioned service. Details. My 90 year old father had a new key made at Guelph Hyundai dealer. Cost $250 and it did not work.consistently and needed 3-5 minutes to start the car. The only suggestion was to change locks on the car as the locks were “worn out” . (To be fair the Hyundai personnel were friendly and tried to be helpful but they do not make the keys). G and A locksmith made me a new key including programming for $138 in 20 minutes which works perfectly. They also showed me where the key from Hyundai dealer was cut inaccurately. The only reason I am not demanding a refund for my dad is that he is too tired to fight and asked me not to and absorb the $250 cost. Lesson learned. A great locksmith does car keys at half the cost that work. V Kratochvil.

The cyber bullying should be illegal. If you need a locksmith and wonder about bad reviews, this poor company was contracted by the government and did as the government had every legal right to do. Had a car key that needed to be copied but it was kind of beat up and worn. We were worried because when we went to the hardware store, the copy they made wouldn't work. When I used G&A they we're not on time which can happen. However what I can't stand is peoples small businesses being shuttered by this government. Yet by the the grace this company can operate and shut down religion and free speech? This company clearly picked communism. 15,000 small business need locks and security lets give it to the competition they have. This is coming from a concerned first responder.
