Full effort and kept with it until the whole mechanism was working properly. 5 stars for the friendly service, going the extra mile. Also was on time as promised. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star is the hourly rate was higher than we usually pay through a local locksmith, the fact that this was an urgent job, I was okay to pay the extra. Overall I would recommend EA.

Amazing. I lost my car key and was told by the dealership they would have to replace the whole module because they couldn't pair a new key to the existing module without an original key. This would have cost me over $2000. Eli came within half an hour and was able to program a new key in about 15 minutes, something the dealership said could not be done. I'm the manager at the 655 Erb St W Tokyo Smoke Waterloo Commons location, during my time in the store today I got locked out of my office. After calling multiple locksmiths in the area and hearing wait times of upwards 1 hour with extremely high rates, I was very discouraged and left extremely frantic. Finally I found EA Locksmith and gave them a call to explain my situation and the urgency to enter my office. The serviceman dropped what he was doing to attend to my call which took no more then 15 minutes to arrive on site. When he arrived he was very friendly and assured me he would be able to help which gave me peace of mind. The job took no longer than 10 minutes and he charged me the base rate even though once he arrived he saw my lock was more advanced then previously discussed. Called and said Ineed a new ignition but would take a couple weeks from Honda. He says he has the parts and can do it today. Comes and screws around for 3 hours and leaves my truck in worse condition and sells me a key for $175 that Honda charges $85 for. Charged me $610 total and I still had to get the new ignition like I told him so his $175 key doesn't even work! Don't trust!

Hired this company last year for mobile service to rekey locks on income property. The work performed was fine however when given the bill it was almost twice what was quoted over the phone. Absolutely astronomical amount. I refused to pay the full bill and we grudgingly settled in the middle. I just had the same work performed again by another locksmith located on Highland. Their price was a fraction of EA. I'm completely baffled by the positive reviews here.
