George changed the locks on my doors when I took possession of my new home, and coordinated the locks so I didn't have to use a separate key for each lock. He also made the lock and key work much more smoothly for me. I would recommend George, and Golden Lock & Key, to all my friends and family.

Had my mail key stuck in my condo mailbox. Unfortunately after I called George he said he’d be right over, he removed the lock and key and installed the new one without telling me the cost until everything was changed and he wrote me the invoice. Wouldn’t provide keys of course until I paid. Pretty upsetting because now I am having to deal with my landlord on the cost of the service. I would have like to have had up front communication about what the expected cost would be and not just assuming I wanted the job done.

We used Golden Lock & Key to change the locks on our home we had just purchased. Service was quick as George arrived right when we got the keys. George also noticed that the door handles were not installed properly and took the time to change that for us. George is very knowledgeable and thorough. Definitely recommend!
